jdods13 Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 I had a grand idea or rather many ideas that I thought I would share with everyone and hopefully get some feedback on regarding body mods and over all game play. First off I had an idea that would eliminate the need for various body mods all together if it could be implemented. Wouldn't it be amazing if the base male/ female body mesh could be modified much like the face can? What if there were multiple sliders that would allow the player to adjust bust size, hip size waist width, butt size and even height? What i'm seeing is something a lot like the body customization option available in the Poser or DAZ programs that would allow you to build the character that you want and have the body that you want without effecting EVERY character in the game. This would ultimately eliminate the need for 20 different body mods each with their own bust and butt size variations. The other idea while it may be far fetched would be to try to upgrade the vanilla skeleton to a more versatile and robust one that would enable to use of dynamics on the model such as a sword sheath that actually bounces and moves when the character walks, Breasts, thighs and butt that bounce and jiggle realistically based upon what the character is wearing, Hair models with havok physics replacing the vanilla stock hair that move and sway with the character movement. This would all take significant time to achieve but I really have no doubt that we will be able to develop something like this with this when the construction set rolls out. Animations could use a definite overhaul. What I had in mind was building new animations for every action of the player and perhaps applying head tracking to the mouse aim. meaning the character head looks in the direction that the mouse is pointed and it the head reaches it's look limit then the torso rotates to compensate and once the torso rotate limit is hit the body then turns about face to look in said direction. I love this in games like Red Dead redemption and feel that it would add much more life to the 3rd person experience. If we could add animations and combine animations to build a library of actions and reactions based upon certain conditions much like the true motion animation system Uphoria does, we could essentially add prone animations, flips, realistic tree climbing and wall climbing, Shelving and mantling so characters can actually climb down or up from ledges. Pain is not really apparent in Skyrim. I feel that there needs to be some sort of pain system based upon a new fortitude stat or whatever anyone thinks it should be called. When characters are hit with an arrow they should no longer be able to run around as if nothing happened unless they are on some drugs, just plain tough and are dealing with it or the arrow was stopped by armor. When a character take damage to a certain part of their body their should be a silent check against their "Fortitude/ pain tolerance" Which calls the appropriate animation and or animations. I.E. You shoot an NPC with an arrow that land in his/her chest. The character should make that Fort/PT test and clutch his chest, fall backward cry in pain writhe around crawl to the nearest cover and or beg for his/her life. Same goes for catching a sword or mace to the face or any other part of the body. This would add to the immersion and make combat more enjoyable and more deadly. Armor should no longer be able to withstand everything. Taking damage away really brought the immersion down for me. armor should be completely redone both in how it works and how it looks. Armor should be a completely separate model from the character model that moves with the character. Meaning armor should have it's own skeleton and physics applied to it. Also armor should be treated the same way as a pot placed on top of an NPC's head. I.E. if you put a pot on an NPC's head and hit it, the pot plays the correct audio file and it's the pot that takes the hit not the NPC. If this could be managed properly and there was a damage resistance that is applied to armor which allows for a player/NPC to soak damage, combat would be more difficult and strategic. An example: An enemy is wearing iron armor which for this example has a DR of say 8 in the torso, you hit the enemy in the torso with a dagger that does 4 damage which impacts his armor making a clinking sound. The dagger doesn't have enough punch to hurt the enemy so he takes no damage and doesn't have to make a pain tolerance check. The knife actually hit the armor and was stopped by the armor. How cool would it be to charge into an while decked out in full Deadric armor and have his arrows literally bounce off of you? Dragons... Dragons should be insane. Only the Dovahkin should really stand a chance against them and even then special weapons and tools should be required and not only the voice. Dragons should have a high damage resistance with weak spots that could be random based on the type of dragon. Some dragons could have a soft point on there neck or belly, wing, tail or eyes. Dragon AI needs to be redone so that they will react to enemies that are trying to hit it from cover. Meaning a player character standing in a window shoot arrows at it will increasingly annoy the dragon making it fly of to the window and fill it with flame. Back to the pain tolerance when dealing with fire... if the dragon lights you or an NPC up there should be an appropriate animation for the pain tolerance failure which should be very likely to fail. The fire should stay on the NPC and cause them to writhe in agony before the ultimately die from the fire and turn into a black burnt crisp in human form. New animations should be added to the dragon for getting caught in a net, catching a balista in their clase or getting hit with a balista round. Yes I said balista... I mentioned new tools for taking down dragons. That should be one of them and it should require a crew to operate it. A two or three man team should need to be assigned to a balista and there should be multiple ammunition types, Bolo which is two large iron balls held together by chain that wrap around the dragon and rip people in half or obliterates them if fired at them and a Balista arrow which is the huge arrow that can damage the dragon. Dragons should be a serious deal when you fight them and most NPCs should flee and take cover when they come around. Horse AI, animation and physics! Horses need to be completely redone. People that CHOOSE keyword... CHOOSE to fight on horseback should be able to use a lance, spear, sword, mace, Bow, cross bow or bombs or whatever from their mount. Horses need to be able to be trained to certain thing as in real life. The horse should NEVER join you in combat EVER. If you find yourself dismounted and in a fight the horse should run off to a safe distance only if it is trained to do so. If you train you fight with your horse long enough it should not be phased by combat and should just hold it's ground until you return to it. Horses should have versatile use. Saddle bags should be purchasable and when added to the horse have the appropriate physics and model and can be used to store gear which would be necessary if my hardcore inventory system ever comes to fruition. Horses should be used to quickly haul large weapons used for fighting dragons such as the balista. Also there should be an animation and scripting that allows an NPC to ride along with you player character on back or in front. Combat and animations. Not sure if you all agree with me but I feel Skyrim should give the player much more control over their strikes. I have written up a combat system that I feel would make this game have some of the best in TES history... that is a bold statement and many of you might not agree but if you are still reading this let me know what you think... OK so the idea for combat is that you can control you left and right arm by hold the left or right mouse button or trigger if you are using a controller to play (why would you?) but some people do... The strike does not execute until you release the mouse button. The attack animation would need to be appropriate for the angle of the strike that you choose. Parrying or blocking would be executed by quickly throwing your shield or weapon into the incoming strike. I.E. the enemy make an over head strike so the player engages the arm that he/she wants to block with and quickly pushes the mouse forward and releases the left or right mouse button which would result in the attack being parried. An enemies attack could also be pushed by engaging the left or right arm and moving the weapon from right to left or left to right in an attempt to roll the enemies attack in a certain direction to expose their back, front or their head. Clicking the mouse button once could initiate a quick jab with a shield or stab with a sword. The Q key would allow the NPC to lock on and engage or disengage from their target. The animations would need to be appropriate for each strike and for following the mouse when engaging each arm but if this was implemented properly it could make combat in skyrim much more strategic and deadly instead of just frantically clicking the left mouse button then back pedaling, shooting some spells. You have to actually sword fight and work to break your enemy down and find their weaknesses. There is more so much more on this but I hope you get the idea of what i'm going for. Back to the player body. The skeleton would need to be designed for fully anatomic character models. The males penise should be able to go from flaccid to erect based upon the arousal level and be fully animated with havok physics if possible. The vagina should be rigged to open and close. If we could add some detailed animation to it that could be called when a certain arousal or excitement level is reached the vagina texture could become glossy to look wet. NPCs should be more like SIMS. They should have Likes, Dislikes, wants and needs. An NPC should be able to become attracted to the player character without the player even needing to do anything specific. The NPC might like black hair, large build, beards and steel armor. you character happens to meet those requirements and they raise the NPCs arousal level prompting her to approach you if she is not shy. If the NPC is shy she would then "tell" a messenger to let you know that she wants to speak to you and a messenger would approach you to deliver a note saying I.E. "Lydia likes what she sees and wants to meet you at the Bannered Mare." Sorry if i'm butchering names and spelling poorly i'm just trying to get all this out for you to read! anyway you meet her at the location and she engages in dialogue with you and perhaps a relationship will begin? This could make sex more meaningful and give the players a real feeling of depth and belonging in the world of Skyrim. Imagine if you bested a certain female fighter in the bar which aroused her and made her want to jump ur bones!? So she grabs your character, takes him/ her upstairs and the magic happens? Awesome! Ok I think that is enough for now... there is so much more but i'd like some feedback and perhaps some refinements to these crazy ideas.
Triacom Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 That sounds like a really good idea, the best part is if you can get permission from the modders who are already adding in some parts of what you envision you could bundle the mods in one pack (after you check them to make sure they work with each other) and only have to add to it what isn't already created. I imagine this will be one topic that won't be too involved until the creation kit comes out.

If You remember, in Morrowind was very nice system of clothes and armor- f.e. if character wear pants,boots,shirt and chainmail or another cuirass, it looks like cuirass dress up over You clothes, armor never replaces clothes. Clothes was one of symbol of character social status.(f.e. expensive shirt, cheap shirt etc,etc..)Some NPC may refuse to start dialog with cheap clothed hero. Wery sad what in Oblivion and now in Skyrim we lost this dressing system, armor parts system, pole weapons, crossbows and throwing weapon.Yes,middle armor too! Agree with Your comment for 99%.P.S.Sorry for my English.
Render Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Given time many of your ideas will probably make it to mods, just not as one complete package. Deadly Reflexes would be the combat and hit detection overhaul for example. I would like to see breakable armor again as it would give the player something to spend gold on. There are a few dragon mods but most of them just increase their damage and hp. Personally I think their breath attacks should be sprays, like the wall of fire spells, but larger area of effect and burn for a longer duration. A dragon strafing should be like dropping napalm

My aim is to build a cohesive mod that will combine all of the features into one nice neat package that only requires the player to install it and play. The most players should have to do is re-install Skyrim and start a new game. @Triacom: you are absolutely right. I just want to get these formed into solid ideas and as each feature is implemented successfully, post them in this forum. I will be learning as much as I can about the new creation kit and will be working on a completely modifiable male and female body. And as always i'll be posting my work and findings here. We'll work through this one feature at a time and if other mod makers are working on the same thing hopefully we can collaborate. However most of them are not easy to get a hold of. I had another idea that you may or may not like... It is for a hardcore inventory system. The player's inventory is limited to what wearable storage container he or she is wearing. Sword sheaths, Axe sheaths/ warhammer sheaths, Mace loops, Dagger sheaths, Bow Sheaths, Quiver, back packs, satchels, pouches, pokets and special (Boot sheaths, concealed weapons perhaps? All wearable containers would need to be modeled for every position worn: back, lower back, left hip, right hip, waist, chest, left leg, right leg, left arm, right arm, pocket/s(Different armor should have a different number of pockets some have none or can be customized to add pockets using: (linen, needle and thread), left boot, right boot, inside robe... can you think of more? So basically you can only carry what you have room for. If you just pick up an huge war hammer and don't have a place for it your character keeps it in his hands, rests it on his should or leans on it. To me this actually gives the weapon more weight and a real tactile feel. It can't just be... "Stuffed" Some where. You have to deal with it and tend to it. If its slowing you down get drop it and find something more practical for you current situation or enemy that you will be facing. A hero on the road should look like it. Bed roll should be on his lower back, back pack or satchel on his back, sword in its sheath, cross bow strapped onto the top of the back pack, dagger in his right boot and so on you get the idea. This mod would deepen the immersion and really make you take what you need instead of stock piling random things which just doesn't make sense. Again if you like to stock up on things that's all well and good but for some reason I really feel that this game needs a mod like this. Hunger, sleep, thirst, bladder!? Ok... now this is purely for immersion. Many people would say that a mod like this is unnecessary and just makes the game annoying. Many others would say that mods like this are essential to their role playing and make a complete survival experience. I know I played oblivion with real hunger, see you sleep and real thirst which made my game awesome! I really felt connected to my character which is what we should definitely feel after we bring them to life. What if your character also had a bladder much like the sims? I'll be make a lot of references to the sims so I hope no one hates that game. Over time as your character eats and drinks there bladder/ bowels fill. We could have an animation called when they have to go where the character shifts around uncomfortably and groans. You run your character around a rock and press a hot key which causes them to pull down their pants and pee or shit relieving themselves. I for one would think a system like this would be amazing. Does that make me a sicko? lol I hope not. Thoughts? Ok sheesh... next up is pregnancy and sex My goal is to remain lore friendly... so i'll be avoiding making dick girls. Here is my general idea of how the sex system should work then we'll get into how you initiate sex. Every NPC including the PC should have an arousal stat that is tied into their "Character type" and a Sex Experience level much like LoversPK. Character types are what define the morality of the NPC I.E. shy, loyal, or raunchy. NPCs can be shy and loyal, shy and raunchy, loyal or raunchy. Each NPC can get aroused by different things depending on what they like. The arousal state of the NPC governs how easy it is to get them to orgasm during sex. I.E. If Lydia likes a player that has killed over say 8 dragons and has black hair and a 100 skill in one handed weapons (Skilled swordsman) she will get aroused quickly and reach orgasm at a faster rate. Now lets say Lydia is a "Shy and Loyal character type". Shy means that she will not initiate sex interactions before the PC does and will play certain animations that will show you if she is shy or not. I.E. breaking eye contact with the player and holding her hands clasped in front or behind her, perhaps clearing her throat (ideas?). the "Loyal Character type" means she will not initiate sex with any other NPC once she has initiated it with the PC. The characters stamina will govern how long they can have sex. Once the PC or NPC orgasms their stamina will drain to the maximum of their arousal level which is 100. I.E. Lydia has an arousal level of 100, she reaches orgasm and has a stamina of 200 causing her stamina to be dropped to 100 meaning she can orgasm a second time before needing to take a breather. I haven't fully thought of how the arousal level will effect the speed of orgasm. I'm thinking if the arousal level is 0 the orgasm meter won't move until you find a way to arouse the NPC... find their sweet spot. Once you find what they like and the meter moves to 1 the orgasm meter will literary take forever to fill. I'll need to write up a table that will show how this will work but you get the idea. I'm always open to suggestions. Like the LoversPK mod that granted you bonuses after sex which we should take some time to think about. The sex experience level will govern what sex options are available to the player character. Level 0 will only have some of the basic sex and foreplay options when level 20 will have all sex options available to them. Having more sex options will lead to better more rewarding sexual encounters. I want sex to be more than a win lose situation. The player should be able to have an enjoyable sex experience no matter what NPC they choose to initiate it with. NPCs will not chastise you if you don't get them to orgasm and it will often times be their aim to please the PC depending on the relationship and disposition. I feel that sex should be a part of the game in every aspect and really add to the world of Skyrim. This system would help sex to be meaningful. I know you all agree. My system for sex initiation comes from the sims... big surprise. In skyrim... we need a system that allows the player to seamlessly move between sex acts and positions. Which is why I feel there should be a universal interaction radio menu. The F key by default makes it so that you can pan around your character and zoom in on them. Instead when the F key is pressed it should take you into a Free fly cam with a mouse cursor. Everything slows down to make it easy to select the NPC you want to initiate an "interaction" with. you can use the wsad keys to pan and move the camera. If you click on the NPC that you want to interact with you are presented with a radio menu that allows you to choose your interaction. Now this would not need to be solely for the sex system. Some options that you might see depending on the NPC to PC relationship and their sub options: Kiss: (Passionate, peck, kiss cheek, Kiss neck, Kiss hand, make out) grope: (Fondle Breasts, Squeeze ass, Rub crotch), Hug (Sensual, friendly, embrace) Flirt: (Show off, complement attire, complement looks) Arouse: can help to raise NPC arousal level towards the player: (Talk dirty, whisper in ear, seduce, run fingers through hair), Rape: (Subdue, knock out, ravage, restrain) i'll get into rape after sex. Sex: Sex should lead to a separate radio menu which would have it's own interaction options: General Foreplay which would take you to a menu for each area of the body you want to play with: Breasts (Suck nipples, squeeze breasts, twist and pull nipples, lick nipples, massage breasts, play with breasts, Titty fuck (If male)) Head and face (make out, kiss passionately, french kiss, Suck tongue, kiss forehead, bite neck, lick neck, nibble ear, lick earlobe, suck lip, lick lips) Belly (lick belly button, kiss stomach) Thighs (rub thighs, kiss thighs, lick thighs, bite thighs) Anus (lick anus, massage butt, finger anus, Kiss ass, Spank ass) Vagina (Finger vagina, rub vagina, rub clit, lick clit, eat out, suck clit, Finger fuck, finger and eat out, Spit on vagina, Fist vagina) Penis (Lick head, Suck head, kiss head, Suck penis, deep throat, Stroke shaft, Stroke and suck) Feet (Lick foot, suck toes, tickle foot, Vagina rub on foot, penis rub on foot). Each general foreplay position would need its own animation based upon where the two characters are interacting and what sex they are. I.E. On table, on bench, on chair, in bed, on ground, on bedroll, In water. Also there need to be animations for a success and failure with a certain foreplay choice or sex position. As I mentioned before each NPC will have likes and dislikes. This likes and dislikes feature would include each sexual position/ foreplay choice. If the NPC doesn't like the players choice he or she may shake their head and stop the player from advancing which will slightly reduce their arousal level. I.E. The player tries to fist Lydia but she doesn't like it so she squeezes her thighs together and grabs the players hand then brings him/her back to kissing her. This should of course be able to be overridden depending on the NPC's "character type" and disposition towards the player. If he or she likes you enough and is loyal or raunchy they may allow you to continue with your choice even if it isn't in their like tree thus adding it to their like tree under the condition that it is only with the player. Still with me? I hope so... now out of foreplay and on to sex positions! If you back out of General foreplay you will see an option for different sex positions. The sex positions will vary depending on whether it is lesbian sex, gay sex hetero sex and is race specific. Each sex position will have a hold option that will enable the player to continue with there current sex animation and combine certain foreplay options such as kissing or sucking nipples. I.E. Selecting the missionary position and sub option Grind, then select hold will keep the NPC and PC in that position. If you then select general foreplay/ breasts/ suck nipples, the PC will Grind in the missionary position while sucking on the NPC's nipple. The hold featuer would also be able to be combined with the sub options for each sex position. I.E. Cowgirl/deep/hold, Then Cowgirl/grind. Combining these can really arouse your sex partner and help you to bring them to orgasm. When orgasm is reached for men the act of cumming will not initiate until you choose where you want to ejaculate. Men can choose to ejaculate: In pussy, on pussy, on stomach, on breasts, on face, in mouth, on ass, in ass. I aim to modify the skeleton as much as possible so that it can be animated... really want to stay away from stiff lifeless body parts and I believe that it can be done with the right effort and know how. Argonian Females will have a similar hood to males that will open up when they are aroused to reveal a soft fleshy opening like a vagina but not quite there will be no clitoris as the walls of the Argonian box serve the purpose of the clit. Argonian woman will get far more lubricated than other races which will make sex with them a bit more messy than with other races but doesn't last as long because they reach climax very quickly when sexually stimulated. I feel that adding special race specific traits will really add a special and rewarding element to choosing your partner. jdods13 Posted January 5, 2012 Author Posted January 5, 2012 Rape: Rape can be initiated on any NPC whether it's a good idea or bad idea. Usually it's a bad idea but if you are playing the type of character that would do such a thing well by all means let's make it possible! In order to rape an NPC you need to hit the interaction key... lets say F then click the NPC and choose rape. Keep in mind you will need to be close enough to perform a sneak attack on an unsuspecting NPC or you will need to be close enough so that your character can touch them. As I mentioned before Rape will have four sub options: (Subdue, knock out, ravage and restrain). Like sex, when you initiate a rape interaction an Animation will be called that is appropriate for the situation. I.E. is the NPC sitting, sleeping, sweeping, reading, cooking, talking, eating, smithing, Fighting, Chopping wood, playing the Lute, Singing, using an Alchemy table, working the lumber mill, farming, is holding a weapon etc. I would want to add a strength stat back into the game. Strength and hand to hand would govern the PC or NPCs ability to successfully rape. Each rape option has a certain instance when they should be used. If an NPC is not aware of you and you sneak up behind them, you would use the "Knock out" option. The PC would strike the NPC in the head knocking them unconscious with a successful attempt. If the NPC has a higher hand to hand skill and is stronger than the PC it is likely that the knock out attempt will fail and only anger the NPC causing them to attack you. If the NPC is aware that you are near them they will most likely back away from you and say something like "What do you think you're doing?" When that is the case you will need to use the "Subdue" option. When you choose subdue, the PC will attack the NPC starting a 3 stage rape scene that will play out based on the Hand to hand and strength of both characters. Subdue rape stages: When in subdue mode the PC and NPC will both have health bars that are separate from the standard health bar. When the health bar reaches 0 in each phase it will advance to the next phase or end rape depending on who loses the phase. Struggle: The NPC will fight to not get raped. The hand to hand skill will determine the animations that are played during the struggle. If the PC is outmatched then he will be quickly thrown to the ground and pinned or will be socked in the stomach followed by a quick jab to the nose cause the PC to collapse and the NPC will draw whatever weapons they have and fighting will commence as usual. Should the PC's strength out match the NPC's, The NPC will try to push away only to be Punch in the stomach and back handed to the ground or thrown onto the floor. In order to keep some measure of player control, the Player can hit f during the struggle phase to choose the (Hit) option. When you select hit, the Struggle phase will roll again, Raper's stats VS the Victim's. Winning this phase Leads into the next rape phase. Domination: This phase only becomes available after a successful win in the struggle phase. Domination is when the Raper (Can be PC or NPC) Straddles the victim and Slaps them while holding their arms and rips off articles of clothing. (Will see about making break undies style clothing with animations to simulate them being pulled and torn). The Victim still has another chance to get free in the Domination phase where they can struggle on before being forced into the final phase. Obviously if the PC is the rape victim you would be able to hit F click the raper and choose (struggle). The difference here is that if the victim manages to beat the raper off they return to the struggle phase. Submission Phase: This is where the actual rape happens. When the victim has failed the struggle and domination phases they submit and the Raper can now choose the restrain or ravage options. Ravage: This is a devoid of any choices and is quick and dirty. The player character violently spreads the victims legs (If female) and forces there cock into the her and humps her until he cums. It is impossible to make the victim orgasm when they are being ravaged ravaging them. Note: it will be possible for woman to rape woman and men to rape men. Woman that rape woman would more so humiliate their victim by fondling and groping them. Neither of them would orgasm (But i'm sure you would hehe j/k) A man raping a man would be prison style. They will roll the victim over and anally ravage them. A woman raping a man would be like the man raping a woman only the man can cum while being ravaged. After the Victim has been ravaged they will certainly attack or alert someone if you don't dispose of them. A ravaged NPC will lie still for 30 seconds before getting up. Take that time to kill them or let them go so that you can do it again... your choice. Restrain: This yields more options for the raper and can only be done if the PC has rope or shackles. When you choose restrain the PC binds the victims hands making it so they cannot escape when the act has been completed. When the victim has been bound it will use one rope or shackle. Hit F an click on the restrained NPC for rape options. Restrain rape options: Much like general foreplay rape options are grouped under the body parts that you want to play with and is sex specific. If you are able to make the victim orgasm twice during the restraint phase the victim may become your sex slave. you'll know that this is an option because you will now have the seduce option show up in the rape menu. A successful seduction will cause the victim to lost their restraints and they will start having sex with the PC like normal and will enjoy it. The seduction could essentially be considered a fourth stage in the subdue option. If the NPC becomes your slave then you have the ability to gain positive disposition back and give the slave orders. You would select Rape to get to the following: Male on female options: Men ejaculate the same way in rape as with regular sex where you choose to off load your PC's sperm. Rape/ Face: Force fuck mouth, Shove cock down throat, Cock slap, Kiss, suck tongue, lick tongue, lick lips. Breasts: Titty fuck, rub cock on breasts, Fondle breasts, Suck nipples, Lick nipples, bite nipples, Pinch nipples, Pull nipples, Squeeze breasts. Vagina: Lick vagina, lick clit, suck clit, finger fuck, rub clit, spit on vagina, tease vagina with head, Eat out, Eat out and finger fuck, Rape Missionary, rape Doggy style. Anus: Lick anus, finger anus, tease anus with head, Rape anus Doggy style. Ok that is enough for now... I'll tackle typing out the pregnancy system later... Tell me what you think!

I'm very comfortable with animating and developing very rich and believable movement with IK/FK and building complex rigs. The real challenge will be with the pipe line. Getting a custom skeleton into the game that will be able to handle these features, rigging the character mesh to the skeleton and having it all work within the game engine. Building a library of animations is not difficult but stringing those animations up with complex code so that they are called at the right times and able to be altered or interpreted without breaking immersion. A good pipeline is what I will need to establish first. Once i'm successful with getting my custom skeleton in the game with multiple sliders that will enable you to customize the character to look however you want that will be the first step. I'm working on getting that 100% in the game. The character meshes for each race will be completely different from the vanilla meshes. The new meshes will be completely rigged to the skeleton and will be anatomically correct with dynamic breast and butt movement and a fully animated genitalia. Using the HAVOK animation tools this will all be possible. Just wait and see!!! I'm excited to play this game with my own character that looks and moves like they have weight and are effected by the world around them. When you walk up a steep hill your character will lean into it to keep their balance. I'm talking a complete reworking of the character's and the way they move in the game world. Your NPC should be able to climb down a ledge like Alex Vance was able to do in Half Life 2. There have been to many time that I've hopped off of a small ledge only to have Lydia run all the way around the mountain when she should have just stopped, noted the path that my character took and followed him with the right animation for carefully jumping down. This can all be done we just have to work through one step at a time.
Triacom Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 I've thought about some other things, since this is a total conversion mod, this one shouldn't be too hard to implement, a type of crafting, in this you could break apart bigger weapons to make crafting materials that you could make into smaller weapons, for example, take a poleaxe, break of and melt the tip into iron leaving you with the pole, wich you could keep seperate (all of this would be one step, the iron could make any type of weapon head for the spearlike weapons and the pole would just be the handle) then reforge the metal with the pole to make javalins (also one step). This really changes the material needed and offers an alternative than just selling the gear you don't want. I also have a question, what would happen when they player is raped? I imagine another wheel with the same choices most likely.
jdods13 Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 Being able to break down gear to get at it's materials and re purpose them by turning them into different weapons is an amazing idea and that has to happen. All of these ideas are going into my design document so that I can start working on them in a structured way. I'm Solely focusing on my versatile skeleton with havoked breasts, butt and animated genitalia. Once I've got all that working i'll move on to tackle the next feature. We have to remain flexible however because many other seasoned modders are working on some amazing mods! I'm trying to get this body mode completed early on so that it can become a Skeleton and body mesh standard for people that want to just design their own bad ass barbarian man or woman or sexy bombshell. I personally want all of the people in Skyrim to look different and have their own identity. Old woman will look old and fat people will look fat. I threw this idea to VORB but never got any response so i'll be tackling this myself. Hopefully we can come together on this but not counting on it. I plan to really focus on solid weight mapping. A few nit picks... I plan to pay SPECIAL attention to the crotch area. in my own projects I have used special bones to weight the crotch and butt so that they separate properly when the character model is put in a crouched position. Once the weight mapping is spot on and tweaked in many different positions the character model can be placed in pretty much ANY pose and still hold it's geometry. Yes... when the player is raped the wheel will reflect them as the victim. You would be able to struggle in order to break free. If your player is pretty strong and skilled at Hand to hand NPC's will have a hell of a time getting you to the domination stage. I'm really open to other ideas or additions to the victim/ raper wheel options.I'm trying to make rape something that is both violent and well sad. I plan to make NPCs as well as the PC really look defeated and broken after they have been raped. And if you rape and NPC they won't forget it. The other challenge will be to have it make sense and carry weight in the game world. If you rape a woman in whiterun but let her run off or she escapes she will notify guards by telling them there is a rapist on the loose thus labeling you as a rapist. Ok... let's talk pregnancy. Much like the TamagoClub mod we would need a way that a man could male character could make a female preggers. So a lot of this is def pulled from the TamagoClub mod and what I've learned from it. Each Female NPC would be given a womb. I'd like to simplify it and not have every phase monitored. Instead there would be five "states" that woman will be in at a given time. Fertile: Meaning that if the female receives sperm while they are in this state they will have a 80% chance of getting pregnant. The Female will remain in the fertile state for 10 in game days. Safe: The female in the safe state will have a 0% chance of getting pregnant when they receive sperm. This state only lasts 10 in game days. Menstrual: This effects shy and noble character types. If you are trying to get a woman to get it on with you and she is giving you everything but sex she is most likely a shy or noble character type. They won't have sex while they are on their period and will be open to certain foreplay positions but the sex options will be grayed out. Raunchy character types will not have any issue with it, this includes Shy Raunchy character types. The female will remain in this state for 5 in game days and has a 20% chance of getting pregnant. Pregnant: Once a woman is pregnant she will go a total of 30 in game days in this state. She will have a 0% chance of getting pregnant in this state. It is still possible to engage in sex with a pregnant female I will be building specific animations for sex with preggo woman. During that 30 day pregnancy the Character model will start to look more and more pregnant. Belly bulge thicker fuller breasts and over all weight gain as well as special anims for movement. Sit, walk, run etc. Delivery: When the woman is on Day 29 she will go into the delivery state. She will need to lay down on a bed roll, bed, or be in water. If the woman is unable to get to either of those she will lay down on the ground on her back. YOU! will have to deliver the baby... Click on the woman in the delivery phase while in the interaction menu and chose deliver. The Player character will assume the position and the appropriate animation will play. I plan to tie the character's ability to successfully deliver their baby to their Alchemy, speech and restoration skills. There are many things that can go wrong during delivery depending on your characters ability to calm the pregnant woman with Speech, Use his restorative abilities to reduce her pain and your alchemy abilities to smoothly remove the baby from the vagina and sever the umbilical. While cut and dry this is just an effort to make characters really think before they start porking woman all over Skyrim . The baby could die or the pregnant female could die. The pregnant woman will loose health if your character is very unskilled with alchemy. A male or female character with the physician perk will not cause any harm to the pregnant woman and will have a much greater chance on a successful delivery. Click on the pregnant female in the deliver phase and choose Calm. The character will dab the pregnant woman's forehead and attempt to help her relax. This will use the speech skill. Choose the heal option and your character will use their restoration spell to heal the pregnant woman if she has lost any health. Woman will have a completely different set of skills that will govern their ability to deliver their baby. A female will have a Pain tolerance check that if failed will cause her to cry in pain and will result in a failed "push". Woman will be able to choose Push and breath from the interaction menu. When the woman Chooses Push. There will be a pain tolerance check that when passed she will successfully progress the delivery. If the woman fails the push the player can choose breath which will greatly decrease the health loss. When the woman gives birth alone she will not be able to heal herself until after the baby is delivered so it's usually a good idea to have an NPC with you. They will obviously need to have AI that will cause the NPC to heal the woman when they take delivery damage. Any way i'm short on time so i'll need to get more into detail later on. I'm sure you get the idea. A pregnancy system that is designed to make pregnancy VERY meaning full. Children next we'll talk about how the baby can die during birth and how NPC's will be able to help the player with birth. We won't need another game for a long time when we are done with it. This game will literally... have it all.

On day 30 the woman will need to recoup from the deliver and the NPC will stay in the bed or on the bed roll for the entire day. Player characters will simply need to rest 24 hours. Spell effects will cause the player to move slowly all skills will be decreased significantly and a hunched over and pained walk animation will replace your characters normal strong walk. The effects will ware off but if the woman is not in bed she will slowly take health damage. So stay in bed on day 30. only get up to eat, drink and go to the bathroom. But stay in bed on that one day to let your character recoup.

Not trying to knock you, but what you are talking about sounds like it would take years of work by a dedicated team. I'd love to see it happen, so good luck!

Working with a fully Havoked dynamic Skeleton rig. And we may have this working in less time than you think but we are def on the same page. The mod is called "True Character" and will be the first in the True Skyrim mod series. So far things are looking very good. Will be updating the mod progress here when we have something that we can show off.

"True Pregnancy" Mod will most likely undergo significant changes when we actually get down to developing it. Currently we are focusing on getting male and female body meshes into the game with a multitude of custom, adjustable sliders that will morph certain parts of the mesh. We aim to develop a system that will adjust the pregnancy slider gradually as the pregnancy progresses. As for adjusting the pregnancy days, we will have to see how this all works out with play testing. I'm not sure I understand what you meant by. "Are you in trusted in a pregnancy mod."

We intend to create a fully functional pregnancy mod that adds pregnancy to the game in a seamless way. We don't want you to ever "guess" that your character is pregnant and we want it to be fun and add some very interesting situations to the game. Play house and raise a family in the game like Fable2/3 but have it function so that it doesn't break your immersion. @Doc-Clox These mods are being broken down and worked on piece by piece. While this will take some time we will insure that they are fully functional and deliver on our design. The mods will be released separately then as we get them done we'll probably release an "all in one" .exe install. The True Skyrim is intended to be used alone without other mods this is mainly due to the growing intensity of the code required to make these mods possible We can't really guarantee that other mods will play nice with True Skyrim mods... We are really... changing the game and forcing the engine to do things that it is perfectly capable of doing but not without re-writing code and reworking the mechanics. It's really a series of total conversion mods... I'm not a programmer and from what I'm being told by the guys that are handling the code... this game is going to be COMPLETELY different when we get done with it. We are being careful and while i'm not able to understand all the techno babble they have spit at me, they assure me that all of the changes will be neatly implemented without breaking the game or making it unplayable. Let me do this... i'll get the verbatim from my code guy so he can explain how they are making it work. It makes my head hurt and they are basically telling the engine that their is a femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif slider that controls the morph. I.E. Toned or muscular. Then there is a second slider that points to the directory that contains the body mesh that has the feature to be altered. When you click through the slider it changes the directory/ region of the body you want to change. The top slider is adjusted to your taste, then, you click through the second slider to switch through the different body morphs. An example of the body type changer: set at 0 = fat Directory = Data/ meshes/ Female/ Fat/ femalebody_0, femalebody_1 So the slider being set to 0 means that it is looking into the "Female/Fat" directory. Adjusting the "original" skinny/ bulky slider will morph the mesh from the base mesh to the fat mesh. This is how we plan to handle all of the various body morphs. I'll get a verbatim from my programming guy so he can give y'all the techno babble but he's saying that he has to, and I quote, "Shove his hand up the game's ass and work it like a puppet." To make it work. This was after he tried to explain exactly how it was all going to be possible and I just said... ok I've got the body models made but I have no clue what you just said to me so just make it work...
