Lol still being worked on! not juzst talk. Lead programmer had to take off for a business trip and will be back next week. I have personally been working on getting a muscle system onto my current Skyrim character rig that works. Means jiggles and flexing in all the right places. Am converting all armors and animations to work with the new rig and building new meshes for each race... a lot on my plate but will release an alpha when I feel what i've got is ready to show off. Very cool so far just many many bugs. I might be going insane from this but well worth it! :D sorry to leave yall hanging' date=' still a WIP!

What about the pregnancy part are you working on it?

Yes the pregnancy will be with True character (I hope) we are designing the new Body models for each race to work with a muscle system. The bodies will have their own muscle systems depending on the weight slider and pregnancy stages. Currently I've only got my Nord bodies for Woman done with the muscle system and will be getting to the Preggo models for them asap. Then will need to redo all the Vanilla anims to work with the body meshes that are using the muscle system. When we are at a point that we are ready to let people play this you will def know. As usual real life and work are always slowing things down but this will change how characters look in Skyrim. It's cool seeing your characters thighs and arms juggle a little and flex. The other thing for me to tackle is the armor which is gonna take some time... I need to make the armor fit to the new body meshes and also make them work with the preggo mesh in all of it's stages... Again a lot on my plate for this mod. The upside is that many of the ideas that we want to implement in TS are being developed by great mod makers which gives us the ability to focus on the true characters mod. The animation situation seems to be under heated discussion and i'm sure we will have some more exciting breakthroughs in the coming months. Our goal is to make the pregnancy really alter game play for female characters including special animations for a pregnant character. It won't really be a fun thing honestly but will be cool as an immersion element. We are trying to be careful and watch for the mods that have come out so that we can hopefully integrate our mod with someone that is a bit further along such as the Babies mod that is out now :) We have been tossing around the idea of making sizes for armor and clothes... that would mean your character would be giving a large medium and small classification and the armors and clothes would have a similar stat forcing you to craft and purchase clothes and armor that fits your character... any way we will see.

We want to avoid this mod being a slap together job with mediocre animations and laughable mechanics and anatomy so we are taking our time to think it out and integrate it into the game seamlessly as though it was designed to be in the game from the get go.

jdods13 Can you and your team release like a unfinish version to True Character mod?

We are going to release an alpha soon for Nords only. Will be posting the release here and not on nexus for testing. will release on Nexus once this mod has had enough testing. We are on hold right now as i'm waiting to hear back from my programmer that is in Montreal right now and will be back home soon and we can finish this up. Until then please be patient! It'll be worth it!

"It'll be worth it!" That is true but, will the pregnancy part be in this test version?

Hi. I like your ideas, and I hope this overhaul makes it through until completion.

I want to share my thoughts on the concept of dragons. Yes, they should be insane, but not too insane that only the dovahkin can dispose of one. If this were true most settlements in skyrim would be destroyed as the dovahkin can’t be everywhere at once. I think each hold/city/fort should have their own static placement of heavy weapons to use against dragon attacks, such as ballista, catapults, etc. These placements could be destructible, and will be rebuilt over time if destroyed. Defeating dragons without the help of heavy weapons will be difficult, but the dovahkin should be able to pull it off; he is the dragon slayer after all. When NPC encounter dragons they should hide or run to the nearest heavy weapon, if there is one in the vicinity. Guards or other officials will not run, but attempt to take down the dragon, though normal weapons won’t do much.

Dragons in the wild should only be hostile if provoked, or if they are hungry and need feeding. This means there should be a script for dragon behavior: when they feed, sleep, patrol their territory, etc. I also think dragon could use more animations, like snatching cows from farms for feeding, and walking animation while not airborne. I always felt it was disappointing that dragons were pretty much helpless on the ground. They should be a lot more mobile, seeking enemies instead of waiting for them to come. Like the wyverns of monster hunter.

Just some thoughts, thanks for reading :D

any updates? spamming f5 on your google site in the files section ;)

Unfortunately not at the moment. We are still where we have been that past few months. Real life is getting busy but do not fret we have every intention of getting this mod done and uploading it. We just need time.

Its going to take a while for this game to reach its max potential. I mean look at oblivion, I play that game for the first time what like 2 and half years after it release. And mods that started from day 1 was still getting updated. I glad i didnt play it when it was release because i wouldn't enjoy it because all the awesome mods came years later. Same thing is going to happen for skyrim, i think skyrim is going to head the same path as oblivion because number 1 Bethesda is still going to release more patches until they think it enought, then the unofficial skyrim patch which going to fix the left overs so mods can work to it potential. I saying probably in a another year or 2 Skyrim will finally reach it max potential. Where i believe that some of your ideas will probably come true in this game.

thnx for the update, its ok, as even the ck has still bugs in it.

@fragsnippy

hope its not taking so long, as it took oblivion.

As in 2 years i think not many moders will be left, as some even are skipping skyrim because they wanted more from the ck or other bad decissions from beth with the core game.

On the other hand i am still hoping that some day modders in general will work more together like i saw some years ago with some X3 mods, so you get all in one packages, that are install and forget ;)

I know that its a dream, but still hope some will manage.

Just a quick question. Forgive me if this has already been asked, I must have missed it.

How compatible will this overhaul be with other mods? When you install it, will it be the only one you can have running?
