You cast the NPC spell (which you equipped on your left hand) on the NPC(s) you want to fuck, cast the other spell on yourself and should be good.

If you don't have valid animations for the race (giant, horse...) you'll get a notification that the spell fizzles and has no effect.

If you cast the spell on yourself only, you should get a masturbation animation.

The Sexlab screenshot you posted says 0 Animations (Character) and 0 Animations (Creature). The MO2 screenshot doesn't show SLAL or any SLACK animation packs.

 

And you should really learn how to use M02. That left pane is a disaster.

You seem to be missing requirements for Billyy's SLAL Animations.
