Confirmed, cloning NPC, unique or otherwise will make the NPC to be unregistered permanently from FM

Note : BeeingFemale, FMR works, just not FM3

I meant if you're using Stable Captives, then it turns spawned NPCs into uniques and FM will register them. You might have to move to a new cell for it to register thought.

otherwise it means FM doesn't include ref IDs in FF (refs created in game).

Stable Captives 1.3.0 Updated.

-- AYGAS city auction slaves, HSH house auction slaves, and bandit ActorBase slaves obtained through slave owners are now transferred to Stable Captives slots when purchased or won at auction.

-- In addition to its slave auction content, AYGAS has been confirmed to sometimes make slave-owner NPCs acquire bandit Actors through an unknown route (possibly through city auctions). If one of these bandit ActorBase slaves is purchased from its owner NPC, it will also be transferred to a Stable Captives slot.

-- AYGAS may also put slaves from Stable Captives slots from another save, or even the current save, up for auction. These slaves are not processed.

-- HSH auctions allow vanilla unique Actors and bandit-base Actors to be configured through the MCM. Both types are now transferred to Stable Captives. All slaves won at auction are first moved into the prison, after which the slot transfer process begins. The door will only open after every operation has been completed. Until then, a HUD notification will be displayed, the door will remain locked, and interaction with the slaves will be disabled. This was implemented as a safety measure.

-- The ODF logic has been revised. Overlays can now be disabled or reset.

However, the way overlays are applied varies considerably depending on the overlay mod, so resetting may not work in many cases. Further intervention in this area is outside the scope of Stable Captives, so ODF support will remain at this level.

Hi

Thanks for this

Installing on MO2 as a new mod and then activating it, overwrites all the v1.2.1 files and esl OK, but bearing in mind your warnings on the potential effects of earlier updates on then current games, is this update safe to use on the immediately prior existing save?  Or does it need a new game 😕?

TIA for any advice you can give

There probably won't be any issues, but I recommend making a backup just to be safe.

You can continue using your existing save by transferring only the FaceGen files from the previous version to the new version before launching the game.

A simple utility that does this automatically is available in the download list.

Sorry to have to 'ask again', so to speak, but I have just realised that I only have 1.2.1 active (and hadn't actually activated 1.2.2., because IIRC, you weren't too sure about it being wise to do that from 1.2.1!)

Will that make any real difference if updating straight from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0?

There were no changes that should have a major impact on save.

I'm also using my existing FaceGen files after moving them over, but I still recommend making a backup.
