FIXED: sexout pregnancy menu not showing up in MCM?

In the MCM pregnancy isn't there. After I updated to the most recent one it disappeared, (everything like the scanner did too).

My MCM is updated to 1.5, the most recent is also 1.5 I think. 

I've waited a couple minutes to wait and see but so far nothing. 

My load order was exactly the way it was before I re-installed pregnancy. 

 

EDIT: I ended up re-installing SCR, Pregnancy, and MCM. It's weird because they were all up to date...

the best menu for upcoming pregnancy is a nice fish dish, with some light pasta, and a good white-wine. i highly recommend picking a wine that doesnt have too much acid, and does harmonize with the flavor or the rest of the meal. a little salad, i suggest to use veggies that have and are known for its aphrodisiac effects (like basilik is a "must use" herb for that) its a matter of taste and highly depends on the sauce / bouillon you serve with it.

after the meal i further recommend a drink that is a little stronger... maybe sth with a good shot of rum? ... or champagne? ... what about some selfmade crepes that are finished with a nice shot of cognac?

 

repeat all that a couple of times on several evenings, and pregnancy will happen soon.

 

oh, and dont forget to replace her birth-control with tic-tacs.

Do you have any non-sexout mods that use MCM?  I noticed you mentioning that you couldn't see an MCM option for small(er?) talk in another thread.  Did you get the updated esp on the Nexus?  There's the main file and then a bug fix esp in the Update section below it.

it didnt come up for me at first either, I just had to start a fresh new game AND i re did the instillation for it.

Yes I do, in the other thread I forgot I had to turn the option on (I just got into playing NV again). 

I updated my pregnancy version from the one I had to the newest stable version, and when I did that the menu disappeared (along with everything else like the scanner). I played before I updated it and it worked just fine. 

I'll hop over to nexus and re-install just in case.

If this is your first time installing TTW, make sure that it's setup correctly first.

 

Don't turn on your mods until you've done the following.

 

1)  Leave Vault 101.

2)  Travel to Vegas via the train.

3)  Travel back to DC on the train.

 

You may need a little bit of god mode to do all of that.  ; )

 

FYI:  There's also a mod floating around the TTW forums (I think?) that allows you to choose if you want to start in DC or Vegas.

You can't start the sexout mods until you reach Vegas?

 

I guess what goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas. :P

When I briefly tried latest TTW recently on a clean install, I don't think I added in Sexout till I was in Megaton. But, a quick use of Sexout Sex - Lite worked at that point. Dunno if that's indicative of others, 'course.

On my save before I installed TTW sexout works in both fo3 and NV, but most encounters are in NV, I got the menu working again!

@ritualclarity:  That's what they advise you doing to make certain that TTW itself is installed properly.  As far as activating others outside of Vault 101, I think that's because many could affect all of the quest scripts or something like that?

 

All I know was that when I had Sexout Sex active, I was NOT expecting a conversation option to use it with my dad.  : O

Isn't there an issue with using a custom race for your player when you go through the whole growing up sequence, in that most custom races don't have a child version? There's bound to be a workaround on the TTW forums.

From what I recall several months ago, TTW is still dodgy with custom races, perhaps for that very reason.  I don't use them, so I never looked into it.  :blush:

I've the same problem as mentioned above and after updating Sexout Pregnancy it dosn't work anymore at all. :dodgy:

Does it have to be a complet reinstallation or is it enough to deactivate the esm's and esp's and reactivate them after starting a new game?  :-/

(I am not using TTW)

 

And if I had to reinstall the mods, would it mean every mod or just the sexout mods?

Usually if there is a problem with a mod you only have to updated or reinstall that mod. If there are "shared resources" and you added a mod that "overwrote" some of those files you would only have to find out which of those files were overwrote and reinstall those textures.

 

Problems with actions and interactions likely are due to Esp or Esms being funky. If you are getting giant red triangles or invisible bodies or items your missing some resources or have overwrote them. If it is the first part I would likely backup my data folder and change the ESP/ESM's as need until I fix the problem. If it is the later I would gather up all the resources again and start installing them over the ones installed until the problem was solved. If there is both. I would just start over as there is likely hood I screwed other things up as well.

 

That being said. SCR is closely linked with Pregnancy. Any time I had a problem with one or the other it was due to not having both updated at the same time. Either that or a known issue that Halstrom was working on. ;)

 

I would advise you to get the newest copies of either the Beta or the stable versions. Make sure they are both from the same. That is both SCR / Pregnancy are either from the stable mods or from the Beta mods. Not a mix of the two. Never mix them.

Oh backup your saves first and then try to go "back in time" in the game to a previous save before the upgrades to Pregnancy perhaps even towards the very beginning of the game itself and see if it starts working. Could be something you have done during the game (script added) that is causing problems which might also cause other problems that you haven't yet seen.

 

This is following the assumption that you have been working properly with no new added mods and only upgrades to Pregnancy. If you added more mods depending on your system you might be running into issues r/t plugin limits. There are also texture limits that the individual machines can do. links in the sig for you if you want to look farther into it.

I'm gone look trough it and try if I can make everything work without any visible problem :lol:

 

Edit: After a lot of work I was able to make everything work normally, SexoutPregnancy wasn't the only mod which didn't work.

Yeah, it's a good idea to avoid upgrading saves created while Pregnant or Birthing, during Sex animations or even just Combat or make frequent saves before the above occur  :)

 

The last update was a big one, 3months of apdates in one hit, I usually try to keep it tighter than that to smooth transitions, but it was dependant on interaction and compatibility with SexoutSpunks release and SexoutOffspring.

I often use CASM for that very purpose. It creates many saves. Some are going to be bad due to what is going on as Halstrom mentioned however you can go back further until you find a good working save. The saves are automatic and adjustable. When I use CASM I turn off the auto saves in FNV. Ihave found that sometimes that can have performance issues. CASM don't seem to suffer the same fate.
