remove everything in the path
path="C:/Users/Your Username/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod/Carnalitas"

make it

path="/mod/Carnalitas"

That will force the launcher to reload the mod and give it the correct pathing
if that does not work then it might be an issue with the game, verify it if steam or uninstall then reinstall

Still good for me might also be windows? you on 10/11 or god forbid 7?
11 is wonky so might be windows pathing issue , reinstall of the game AND the mod, ei delete the mod from mods folder

10 that is the game then 10 is stable

7 please upgrade to 10, might be windows error and game again reinstall and upgrade to 10
