Riasnatcher Posted March 15 Posted March 15 (edited) So, I've reinstalled animations, uninstalled FNIS, Nemesis. Now I only use Pandora, new save too. Everything works, except human animations. When I start animations with riekling or any other creatures, their animation works, but my character is just standing idle. I only use Pandora now, do I still need to install FNIS maybe? or anything? I'm stuck so bad. When I look up people who have similar problem to mine, there's never been a clear solution, the threads will go straight to being inactive or gets rude in the end and no one wants to help em anymore. I used to have things work with only FNIS and Nemesis. Things went south when I started trying to use FNIS Nemesis and Pandora. But then I read somewhere that I'm not supposed to do that, so I switched to just Pandora only now. Butttttttt, my character is just standing idle when creatures have their animation working. Basically the same as my previous problem when I use FNIS, Nemesis, and Pandora at the same time. Is there any file that I need to acknowledge that needed to be deleted on Pandora's files or something? or maybe a FNIS file that I need to have when I use only pandora? Quote Fixed it. Idk what I did, I just: 1. updated Crouch Sliding mod, 2. Installed and Uninstalled FNIS Sexy Move, 3. Installed Nemesis even though I got like an error when updating Nemesis Engine, I dont even bother fixing it, and I dont even use it lmao, just installed it. 4. I regenerate FNIS, (make sure FNIS Data is overwriting anything it's conflicting with) 5. Skipped regenerating on nemesis cus my nemesis wont work due to error to mod/snusnu/animations that I don't know what this even is, and I can't find it on my vortex. 6. I ran Pandora, (my Pandora is overwriting everything except FNIS Data) 7. I got into the game 8. shymasogurl Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Awh that was happening to me the other day, which is why I ended up trying out pandora , and it fixed it right away, i deleted everything in the fnis and nemesis outputs and then it just worked. Really hope you get it working soon, I know how it feels.

Maybe "have to" is a bit too strong. Pandora is going work just fine without FNIS. The reasons why you want FNIS, or its scripts: Pandora doesn't report issues with FNIS mods. When you build with Pandora you can get T-posing characters or otherwise broken animations (like here) without any errors reported during the build. XPMSE, depending on how it's installed, requires FNIS scripts. SL, as shymasogurl discovered, will check for FNIS scripts. Pandora is WIP and will eventually cause crashes in Havok or behaviour (i.e. animation) systems. For these it's good to rebuild with FNIS as a sanity check to see if the problem goes away, i.e. whether you have an actual problem, or if it's coming from what is essentially alpha or beta software. What had worked for me was deleting all the output of bodyslide, fnis, nemesis, then installing pandora, idk maybe I just got lucky but I spent like two days with idle npc/creatures during scenes. Tbh I kind of felt bad just throwing fnis aside like that, even it's kind of slow and getting a bit outdated it was great at the time and gave a lot of joy to many people, so that's why I had kept it. Also I saw it mentioned somewhere that maybe pandora can't do some of the older animations, not sure if that's so but so far it's been going great with pandora, it fixed the idles during sex scenes on the 1st try , so now I can focus on trying to fix all the other problems I've been constantly running into, like recently it was my pc's body turning blue, and then after that bunch of crashes, there's always something. And on top of that I find it difficult not to keep adding mods , bc there's always another that's so cool and tempting, followed by another and .... But it sure gives me a lot of respect and admiration for modders, jeez I feel like a dummy sometimes in comparison :) 1

You're playing Skyrim wrong if you're not spending 95% of the time modding and the remaining 5 looking for more reasons to mod. 1

It's fun in it's on way though, I like discovering all the different mods and then they lead to others and it just keeps going Like just now male npc's were wearing undies during a golden shower, so hopefully I didn't mess something up again, I know for sure I didn;t build the sos undies in bodyslide. Ugh I should of just stopped when I got the blue body bug fixed! 1

Otherwise as I see it you have 2 options: See about fixing the other warnings. For instance, is FNISSexyMove not supposed to have a behaviour file? Isn't FNISSexyMove a bit broken and old overall? Remove FNIS mods until the problem goes away.

Riasnatcher Posted March 18 Author Posted March 18 Fixed it. Idk what I did, I just: 1. updated Crouch Sliding mod, 2. Installed and Uninstalled FNIS Sexy Move, 3. Installed Nemesis even though I got like an error when updating Nemesis Engine, I dont even bother fixing it, and I dont even use it lmao, just installed it. 4. I regenerate FNIS, (make sure FNIS Data is overwriting anything it's conflicting with) 5. Skipped regenerating on nemesis cus my nemesis wont work due to error to mod/snusnu/animations that I don't know what this even is, and I can't find it on my vortex. 6. I ran Pandora, (my Pandora is overwriting everything except FNIS Data) 7. I got into the game 8. BAM fixed it. @traison @shymasogurl im leaving this here in case someone else need a fix. 🎉🥳 Spoiler
