Mhm! If you use the midwife (self) spell on you, you can choose the (dry milk) option. This will return your breasts back to normal size plus stop the lactation. ❤️

thank you for you answer. I did it, weaned the baby, and now he's a kid.I haven't seen the spell you're talking about or the dry milk option. Maybe I'm missing a mod?

Ya there should be two spells/abilities in the category with the once daily abilities like pray or what not. Theres Midwife and Midwife (self). 

 

Edit: The dry milk option may only pop up when the baby is unequipped im not sure. Cause honestly I never raise the babies lmfao as soon as theyre born I stuff them into the nearest container. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also not sure why, but it mentions something about "Egg World Model/ Framework" and from what I know there is no mod with this name.

I don't know about the Egg World Model stuff.  That's coming from some other mod.  But a lot of the messages are related to this mod, such as:

[07/22/2026 - 09:25:03AM] Error: Unable to link type of variable "EM" on object "emquestaffectedscript"

And this message means you're missing a required dependency.  Make sure you have the latest version of PapyrusUtil, Papyrus Extender, JContainers, RaceMenu, and UIExtensions for your specific version of Skyrim.  Make sure they are activated and actually loaded.  If they aren't loaded, the scripts in this mod can't load because functionality they require is missing.

EDIT: Years ago, some mods used to include version of these dependencies instead of them being separate lib downloads.  That can bite you if you have an old version overwriting the newest version.  Check to be sure there are no file conflicts with these dependencies.  Nothing should be overwriting their files.

I was also wondering. How does lactation actually work? Are your breasts simply enlarged for a time? Because I expected that when I milk myself, the breasts will get progressively smaller until there's no milk left. Then over after lets say 12 hours (there's a setting in MCM) they are full again and can be milked. Maybe its even possible to calculate it in a way to get milk in-between the set time, but of course, less often. For that it would be great if it would be possible to show the amount of milk being able to be milked in the lactation spell.

 

I think currently you can just milk yourself indefinitely until the "lactation" debuff runs out, right?  Still cool mod, it would be great if something described like above would be possible

I've added it myself based on version 3.37.

There are several things I've added:

• If you get cursed you play a coughing animation
• Manually milking reduces breast size based on a setting in the MCM (4/5 is a good default)
• Breast fill over a set time based on a setting in the MCM (12 hours is a good default)
• After reducing breast size to a minimum you cannot milk any more until breast are filled enough again (based on the setting above), before it you could do it indefinitely
• If breast stay at max capacity over 8 hours you take 25 damage and every other 8 hours
• After a set amount of days (in the MCM) lactation will stop automatically and breast will deflate over 10 in game hours
• Some debug text and updates on breast fullness for the info hotkey

If you install the updated scripts please load a save before you have started lactating.

Also, delete the json at overwrite\MCM\Settings\EggManiaSettings.json, otherwise new settings might not apply.

During install either load it after or merge with the existing EggMania. Let me know if it works for you

tried out the mod and like it, seems to have no major issues but the lactation part is a bit wonky. was wondering if you could add support for milk mod economy loverslab.com/files/file/6103-milk-mod-economy-se/ thanks. i seen someone made a script update to make the breasts fill over time. might try it out but i currently have MME in my load order and seems to work well with my other mods

Thank you for creating this mod I’m so excited to try it out! However, I think I may messed up, I installed the mod, found the cabinet, got the books/egg and enabled male characters, as I’m hoping to knock up my male redguard mage. However do I eat the eggs to curse myself, or do I make a concoction? Also where I do find the ink to make the concoctions?

I believe the eggs have a chance to curse you when picking them up. But yes drinking a concoction is, as far as I'm aware guarantee to curse you, thus making you preggers. As far as the ink goes im not sure, I usually just spawn in the initial round of concoctions from an add item mod and then from there it snowballs from being able to produce milk and such lol.

Hi, your mod is pretty awesome, but for some reason this mod disables Flat Paper Framework. When I open the map, instead of my paper map, the normal vanilla map opens for a split second before everything turns purple/blue-ish.

 

I have without a doubt determined that it is this mod, as disabling it immediately fixes it, and vice versa. Also, its only the main game map. Solstheim, Forgotten Vale etc work normal

This is a known quirk with the flat map framework.  You have to make sure you load it dead last in your load order, except for generated output like from PGPatcher.  Any mod you load after it that makes world edits can cause what you described.  This mod adds a chest to the witch's hit in Eastmarch.

If you run LOOT, that should get it sorted for you.

It sounds like I have something incorrect in the logic to detect Beeing Female pregnancy (or perhaps something in that mod was changed since I did the detection code).  It checks to see if you'r in a certain faction, similar to the logic for Fertility Mode.  But Beeing Female may always have that player in that faction, and I just didn't realize.  If that's the case, I would fall back to just saying Beeing Female and Egg Mania are incompatible.

Everything the player above said (thx!), and also, you can adjust the chance of getting cursed from harvesting or handling (i.e., taking into your inventory) each type of egg in the egg setting menu.  By default, they're pretty low so as not to be too intrusive.  Sort of like catching one of the base game diseases. But you can bump it up substantially (even up to 100%, which is what I personally do for dragon eggs).

I'm unable to see the standard MCM but I can see the egg MCM. I have all the dependencies set up. I've repeatedly verified the dependencies and they are at the latest versions.

From looking at the log it doesn't look like a dependency issue, it looks like it can't find the player.

There seems to be an issue with the ZaZ compatibility check. I'm using OStim, not SexLab, so I don't have ZaZ, but the Egg Mania MCM reports that ZaZ is "Loaded" in the Compatibility tab. I can set the hotkey, but it obviously doesn't do anything when I press it.

That's good to know.  I'll look into it.

 

EDIT:  I finally got a chance to boot up my gaming PC today and looked into it.  Are you sure you don't have ZaZ loaded?  I don't see any other way you could get that result.  There are patched versions that don't require SexLab.  The code that shows "loaded" is:

Initially, the lactation side of things was sort of an afterthought.  Is this type of mechanic something you/orthers would like to see integrated into the main mod?

I kinda wish the lactation system could be optionally hooked into MME since I don't really like using multiple lactation systems at once. I am unaware of the time or complexity requirements of such an integration though.

I don't use that mod at all and don't plan to, and I really don't want to download it and try to figure out how to hook into it.  My modding time is limited.
