Martianman Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 Hey everyone, I've noticed that there is a thread for the UNP, bombshell, and the manga (?) body types for clothing conversions, but is anyone working on any large-scale clothing conversions for the adec body? I'm surprised at the lack of options out there, as it seems to be one of the best quality body types since it supports cbbe/tbbp and HDT capabilities very well! Is anyone working on some clothing/armor conversions, or would you post some links to any mods you've come across?

Is anyone working on some clothing/armor conversions, or would you post some links to any mods you've come across? Unfortunately, ADEC seems to bee the redheaded stepchild of the body replacers. Even Acdale (ADEC creator) seems to have disappeared and not made anything new (he updated the body to 3.0 recently but that's it, and that made it unusable with things like Newmillers stockings etc). If you want to try your hand at doing your own conversion, take a look here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/ . I used Guide #3 to convert the Skyrim Strapons, the Calyps strapons included with SaxLab and some of the Devious Device items from CBBE to ADEC shapes. It was actually pretty easy. Granted these items did not have an included body like most armor mods, but the instructions in Guide #3 have info on how to do that, so it should be fairly easy. I'm happy with the basic ADEC armor conversion from Acdale so I haven't tried any armors, but the strapons/DD item took me about an hour and a half. And this is without any Blender, nif, etc experience at all. Give it a try - worse comes to worse, you loose 1-2 hours of game time trying it. I think you'll have much better luck trying to do it yourself than waiting for anyone else to do it at this point.

There's a tool that I'm helping test that will render "outfits for individual bodies" obsolete. No seriously... I mean that.

Bullfye Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 I always used ADEC, cause it is for me the most natural body out there, no Anorexic body type , no skinny top model styles and also not exaggerated body. But apart from ADECALE, I see no other Modder caring about this Body, I have no idea on how to do those Conversions but now that I have seen this post and tool I am decided to have a look into this and see (study + Learn ) how it works and see if I can do some Conversions myself... ... This reminds me of other stuff, permissions and Modding free time, the most important 2 things. But for now I am looking into this tool and see if for me its possible to learn on how to use it...

iBot27 Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I too have always been an ADEC user until recently, seeing as all the conversions are for other body types. I chose S7BO, as it has somewhat curvy thighs, similar to ADEC, and a nice set of natural looking tits, fairly large but they hang nicely. I've tried the BodySlide ADEC body and did a comparison to the 3.0 ADEC body and they are not the same shape. Similar shape but not exact which is disappointing. It would have been nice to tweak the exact ADEC body. Hopefully, I can manage to make the body I want in a 3d program just for fun.
