It's most likely a mod conflict – the question is which mods exactly. The save may load successfully on the first try, fail on the second, and work again on the third. It seems inconsistent

Edit: There is an few other mods I used with it. Mainly the Stoneborn series of mods. But that's generally it since they fitted the medieval theme. But I can't think of any other errors.

 

I'll trying running the game as just 'base' (Just the mods from this mod pack) and report again with the player.log if that will help.

image.png.fc8ac8bc73ecf6c9f6b7030abbeb6649.pngI did another test drive. Clean slate. Fresh Install of the mod pack. Medieval Format. The screenshot is what happened when I tried reloading the save after closing the game. Error-log included.

ive been getting the same problem when i run a caravan and go to another settlement or make a camp, got that error message then the game is stuck on the world map and i have to close the game by task window

ok. so i found the problem. this weird box happens each time my pawn finishes digging the cave entrance, ill still attach the player log just in case.player.log

That's a known issue. The culprit is Vanilla Gravship Expanded – it's causing the freeze when you send a caravan to another settlement or make a camp.
For now, you can simply disable this mod manually.
Once it's turned off, the problem should no longer occur. I'm working on a proper fix for the next update. Thanks for reporting it, and sorry for the inconvenience!

'll try to resolve this issue by the next update. However, fixing this will require going through each mod one by one to pinpoint the exact conflict, since it only seems to happen with specific mod combinations (and the Medieval format makes it even trickier).

For now, I think the best solution is to disable the mod Deep And Deeper. It seems to be causing that box to appear every time a pawn finishes digging the cave entrance.
I'll take a look at your logs anyway, but disabling the mod should resolve the issue in the meantime.

hi again, I have a problem with one event, Which mod triggers event hosting "orgy"? It's driving me crazy, is there any way to turn it off? it's [RJW]Events?

Just one issue, somebody previously reported it as well: Pawns do not get pregnant, I've set the chance to 100% but no dice.

Hey, I don't know if anyone occur similar problem but when i enlist a caravan and entering to new land, after "Generating Map for New Encounter" the GUI dissapear and cannot do anything. Did this modpack cause this? v1.6.

Hey! Yes, this is a known issue. The problem is caused by the Vanilla Gravship Expanded mod. 
To fix it, simply disable or remove that mod from your modlist. The game should work fine after that.

Do we still need to follow the same instructions upon updating or can we skip the appdata part? Just worried about losing some of my changes to setting or possibly my saves

You'll need to follow the full update instructions – including cleaning the AppData folder.

The new version of the modpack is not compatible with old saves. If you try to load a previous save after updating, it will likely crash or cause major errors.

Yes, you can use uncompressed textures. Just keep in mind they may increase load times and memory usage.

thx for this great modpack

but my game get stuck whenever i try to raid another settlement , it fails to generate a tile and i'm just stuck on the UI

Is there any reason why my pawns refuse to sow plants? All zones are in season, good temperature etc. but my main pawn for planting is just wandering around day after day or relaxing socially. I can make him sow manually, but it's frustrating doing it tile after tile. It was fine when I started the game yesterday, loaded it up today, after one harvest no replanting has been done for days. But overall have been enjoying this great modpack, thanks!
