So far Dog, Wolf and Horse main invitation quests are done, they want to start on functional shows in the mansion along with some repeatable quests outside the mansion. There obviously needs a bit of clean up here and there as there are areas and cells set up for future use which are not settled yet. 2

killer905 Posted Thursday at 01:10 AM Author Posted Thursday at 01:10 AM We have an (almost) fully functional system where mansion clients can request a show for themselves from mansion staff or for a PC female or female follower if PC have current. That means only one thing... Spoiler ...we're getting closer and closer to the “Public Premiere” 9

There's many quests which involve travel, Also plans for side-quest jobs (seemingly radiant) quests which may be in differing locations. You should elaborate on what your idea is> With the word tour, I only get the picture that you wants some travel quest to each city which would have a theme in part related to the hold? iow if we looked at banners or coat of arms: Dawnstar — Who knows? (maybe snow sabre cat?) Falkreath — Stagg (Elk) Markarth — Ram (Goat) Morthal — Who knows? maybe Raven RockDB — maybe Netch? Riften — Who knows? Solitude — Wolf Whiterun — Horse Windhelm — Bear Winterhold — Who knows? (Maybe horker seems a few around there?) Edited Thursday at 06:17 PM by eflat01

Pater Aelred Posted Thursday at 07:58 PM Posted Thursday at 07:58 PM Is there any way to include P+ compatibility? Willing to test.

Current testers aren't using it or haven't mentioned any issues related to P+. However, I can't promise that it will work, because I haven't personally tested P+ with AMR. HOWEVER! AMR doesn't use the tricks found in Balazar or Animal Research (or maybe I just didn't notice them). I'd also like to point out that I don't do any scripting for AMR. newbest Posted yesterday at 03:47 PM Posted yesterday at 03:47 PM Hello, I was wondering if this mod will conflict with Animal Mansion Plus NS in the future? From the context, they seem to be two completely unrelated mods. I'm thinking about whether I should remove the old mod from my new modlist.

The mod is being written from scratch, so both the version you mentioned (I haven't even seen a version labeled “NS”) and this one will work without any problems. But to be honest, you have to decide whether you want a version closer to the original or a mod that offers the opportunity to create more creatures, customers, employees, etc. However, the themes of both mods are the same. PC/some NPCs fuck creatures ❤️ 1

PC/some NPCs fuck creatures ❤️ I don't know what the NS is either. But I still have AM+ installed and have been helping test AMR and there are no issues. The new mansion is nowhere near the old one. It's a little weird having two mansions and two Thaena's, but they both still work together. I'm keeping the old one installed just for the hell of it. I suppose the player can always choose which version they want to complete for each character. Or, just do both even though it doesn't make any sense? 1

To be honest, and just may be just my taste and scope because I prefer mods in my load list somewhat fit into my game including the lore for more immersive purposes. I always felt older versions of animal mansion - while good mods - had never fit very well into the game. The reborn version so far seems does fit into the world, cultural so much more than any past versions of the mod and others based upon similar ideas of it. The authors @Gristle and @killer905 do take into consideration the lore, the politics and even down to the npc character be them new or existing in the base game. Thus the mod seems more like it belongs. imo... most people would find the characters and story-lines fit, and few will use any other version. AMR ... also adds a few new locations- I don't mean a just a few buildings - along with many npcs with plenty to expand upon so far seems like the beginning of a small dlc. The questlines are far more than typical go get creature, fuck it and bring it back for more fucking... npcs have charater, relationships and side quests. Edited 10 hours ago by eflat01

In my opinion, the original version implied that these kinds of activities were more normal than they actually are. Even the NPCs in that version had more positive than negative dialogue when acquiring creatures like a Dog or a Horse. The Reborn version, in my opinion, fits better because it views such activities as socially unacceptable, but that doesn’t mean that after the initial reaction an NPC might have (i.e., a negative one), they might actually end up liking it (because it’s something new), or maybe deep down they’re a beast lover too, but have been suppressing it? We’ll see, we’ll see. 25 minutes ago, eflat01 said: The reborn version so far seems does fit into the world, cultural so much more than any past versions of the mod and others based upon similar ideas of it. So, I'm stating that most players would have little need for other versions of Animal Mansion if at all like them in comparison to AMR. Edited 9 hours ago by eflat01

In our opinion, this will be a much better version of Animal Masnion, but it's up to other users to decide whether it's actually better.
