EDIT: Turns out it was the clone addon that would not let me load the household. So I took that out, and it loaded. SO, try just the core mod.

I recommend following the steps I replied to that person with, to check if the cause lies in these mods, check that you didn't put in the clones add-on if you don't own the necessary packs either. In total the requirements for everything should be: WickedWhims, InappropiateUnlock, Realm of Magic, Get to Work, Vampires, Lot 51 core library, Lumpinou moodpack, and all should be updated.

I'll add that I also had the error exception with this mod and after doing an extensive 50/50 process, I found it was a couple different mods that I never had issue with. It was Lumpinou's Rambunctious Religion's mod, MarlynSims Golddigger aspiration, and a Pilates mod I downloaded from MikiNiki. I don't really use any of them so I removed them, but I'm not sure what about them specifically cause some form of interference with this one.

I have all of the required files plus and only using the basic script and package but I can't load into my household at all. I keep getting the exception report for khlas male interactions so i removed it but now i'm getting the exception report for this mod now. I don't what to do or how to fix this.

Can you send the exception or the text for the error itself if you don't want to send the whole file?

If you mean an exception that didn't mention my mod directly and went away when taking out other mods, it's difficult to ascertain that it was my mods causing a conflict. There's just too many other things it could be, especially since the Goldigger aspiration hasn't been updated since 2020. I also didn't include any overrides, which are the main thing that causes conflicts, and other than that I struggle to think of anything.

 

If you didn't get errors before, it could simply be that the part of the game that needed to be called for a mod to show an error it has wasn't called before, and now it was. Whether because of any other mod, or simple coincidence. Outdated scripts can sometimes cause similar things.

 

I've tested the modded pilates board only, since Lumpinou's website seems like it's down on my end, and didn't get any errors so far. In any case, if you want to send the exception you can do so.

Yeah I think in my case, it's just time for a clean break. I've a decade worth of mods so it only makes sense that the outdated ones behave wonkily after a while. Great mod btw!

Sorry, but I'm afraid that's not really the error itself, but the file it's flagging. I mean something like this, the entirety of the blurb (example):

Last Module Called: __init__.py

Last Function Called: __getattr__

Error message: Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (AttributeError: 'object_chess_table' object has no attribute 'sim_id'), CategoryID: __init__:202

 

And that's still unlikely to get me much to work with tbh, since things such as which version of the game you are playing in, and which dlc you own would be very important. So if you can send the entire file it'd be much better, or to just tell me those details yourself, instead. Refer to this comment for other details that are useful to know as well:

hi, I've been trying to activate this mod for a few hours now, and I'm really interested in it, but unfortunately, I can't find how to activate the incest option. I've tried everything: enabling the relationships between Sims' relatives, adding the Wicked "Incest" attribute, but it still doesn't work, and I don't understand why. I have all the expansion packs, Wicked Whims, Inappropriate Unlock, and the XLM Injector. Could you tell me how to activate it? I mean, I saw that I had to click on the Sim and then on the incest option, but that option isn't there

The romance option is showing in your screenshot, so it seems like you did give them both the wicked attribute, I assume. In that case, it's likely that the injections aren't loading in. Which means that the most likely cause is that you placed the script(s) too deep in your mods folder. It can only be one folder deep maximum! Either directly in the mods folder "Mods/EspandedIncest.ts4script", or inside of one more, for example "Mods/Gameplay/ExpandedIncest.ts4script". Good luck :)/

The injections should work. Check that the script isn't further than one folder deep, but you say one does show up. Other than that, for social interactions, a lot of them need a certain social context or relationship score. For example, even "ask opinion on incest" has a 30 friendship requirement. More for other interactions, like the romantic ones shown in the screenshot, they need a certain romance social context score and a minimum romance level. What about self-interactions?

I was jumping straight into the gameplay maybe I need to improve the siblings relationship first then

Can you add a conversation, a pep talk or just informative, of a parent to their inbred child that has the inbred trait, about how they were concieved.

The reasons of the parents, of why they pursued the incest relationship acording to their incest traits. Why they weren't careful using contraception.

Why they, or just the mother, decided to go through with the pregnancy. how much the parents (or just a single one) love the inbred child. 

Could you develop what the child would feel, acording to age, when they find out? the angst or indifference, acording to their life.

And also if there are siblings, whom might be from other parents, what would they feel about the hole incest situation, that resulted in their brother or sister.

And society. What would be the NPCs reaction if the incest relationship, and consequences of it,  gets known.

I'm loving your mod! It was very much needed in my game it adds a lot of story to my sims. Thank you!

Any way to add a straight version of the Dopplebanger? Made a clone but changed the sex and found all the buffs for "why did they have to change?"

Any way to add a quest e.g. "Mother fucker" where the sim with the incest trait targets a specific relationship, like mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt or cousin?

Thank you! The buffs about changing are actually not related to changing the sex or anything, they have to do with the hidden differentiation-fusion track that is increased in either direction by certain interactions. When they have the dopplebanger trait, they also get those buffs earlier when the differentiation level gets to a certain point, or with rejection, etc. But if I'm being honest not even I remember the specifics rn cause I kept adding all these things lol.
About the quests, I'm not sure how to do things like that without an aspiration, and I never really looked into the actual quests' tuning, but I can try to look into it to see if there's something I can do with it or adjacent

Thank you! There's an interaction currently for telling children about it, but it's true that it lacks the specificity you're describing, I'll take this into account if I ever get into developing that part of the game more! NPCs do get a buff around sims who have been exposed iirc, tho, which is an interaction by sims who have found out about it to the sim they want to expose under actions
