Is doing the Free FPS Guide from Faster HDT-SMP worth it?

I'm in the process of modding Skyrim as a noob. I'm following LustfulLuna's Guide and at the moment I'm downloading core and essential mods. When installing FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP I noticed the Free FPS Guide

But those are like 70 mods-

Is doing all that even worth it and will it work? If it gives you more fps, then I will download all of this. But some mods I have already skipped. Like the Basecoat Mod, which has 15GB... no sorry. The other ones seem useful? But I'm not sure if it will pay off doing that guide.

BethINI, provided you know how to use it, eFPS, provided you install the right patches for your load order, No Grass in Objects, provided you know how to build grass cache.

Bug Fixes, Scrambled Bugs, SSE Engine Fixes are staples, those you should have regardless.

Dunno about the rest, some of them are outdated or of questionable value.

As the other user already pointed out, this guide is now outdated.

I presented two guides in another thread that are still being updated.

And, more importantly, you can also ask the authors for help in those threads.

Thank youu, but I'm already done going through the mod list.

Used BethINI and some "FPS boosters" and skipped some... questionable ones. And omg my game runs quite smooth despite leaving enb and Obsidian weathers on. It was kinda laggy before I did the guide. So right now I can say it was worth it.

Will look more into it, I only flew past it.
