Constant CTD even when loading previous game data [Skyrim]

So, I happen to come across a lot of mods for Skyrim and every one of them seem to look brilliant in their own way when being used with ENB. I finally figured out and mastered the use of ENB and HDT but one issue I keep getting is:

 

1. Falkreath always causes CTD.

 

2. Certain lands I go to causes CTD.

 

3. CTD even at times happen when I'm loading game data.

 

4. Strangely enough that CTDs do not happen when I'm within an interior zone, but exteriors always crash me depending on the location I am in.

 

5. The CTDs only started happening greatly right after I switched hard drives to reinstall everything I needed to play Skyrim again

 

6. Apparently some CTD error happens when my game crashes and when entering my game again, an autosave named "hdtphysicsextension" keeps appearing.

 

I was wondering if there is anything anyone can post to provide me some assistance. It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Iuse to have this error in a couple of places. It might help to install a different version of HDT, the latest is not always the best. If you go to the home site this problem is mentioned, and possible remedy`s. Remember to remove the hdtext save as skyrim doesn`t recognise it. Hope thats helped a bit......

I do use Clean mods from TES5EDIT and BOSS always. At times I do not do logouts without NPCs around, so the clean save issue is a no. I may or may not have too many scripts, if so, please inform me. Because I have 238.

 

Current SKSE build 1.6.16
