Skyrim AE GOG version mods 1.6.1179 compatibility (17.12.2025)

Hello everyone. As I'm using this version of game thought that might be helpful for others - I'm modding GOG 1.1.1179. So this will be not exactly a guide but kinda modlist with working mods for GOG version/ Don't hesitate to add your reports.  I'm not a advanced modder, so you can correct me and point me to specific mistakes what I'm doing wrong. This topic is only for kinda compatibility and testing which mods are working and which not.  Ans if you found some kind of cool mod, you can post it and I'll add it to list.

 

 

Make sure that you download correct requirements for these mods from Nexus, if there are requirements for them!

 

 

 

SKSE PLUGINS

• JContainers SE - SKSE GOG 2.2.6 / Skyrim GOG 1.6.1179 version
• Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice - GOG edition. Important mod for unvoiced mods. 
• PapyrusUtil SE - Modders Scripting Utility Functions - GOG version
• Address Library for SKSE Plugins - All in one (1.6.X)

 

 

LOVERSLAB MODS

• SexLab SE - Sex Animation Framework - you need GOG version SexLabFrameworkGOG_v166b.7z. (some requirements from Nexus)
• SexLab Animation Loader SSE 1.0.0 - there is only one version so use that one. (some requirements from Nexus)
• Sexlab tools for SE (Patched) 3.0.0 - good tool to choose animation which you want to play. Default key is "H" and you can add stage key as well in MCM menu. There are conflict with UI Extension, check in description. 
• SexLab MatchMaker 2021-09-27 - very useful thing for checking if animations work properly. Adds two spells for target and personal character. 
• Sexlab - Cum Overlays - about cum overlays. I tried all SLACS, but all of them refused to work. MCM menu shows up but overlays don't. This version (in link) is working for me. Make sure you download SCO_SLACish_v1.1r. 
• Sexlab Aroused Redux SSE or  Sexlab Aroused Redux SE BakaFactory Edited Version - I'm on Baka version because using some Baka mods. 
• SexLab Separate Orgasm SE - version SexLab-Separate-Orgasm 2023-01-16.7z
• Dripping when aroused SE 2022-03-03 - version DW 2022-03-03.7z.
• Sexlab approach Redux 3.60V - when you will check and install requirements, install for SE version of game. 
• Schlongs of Skyrim SE 1.1.4 - version Schlongs_of_Skyrim_SE - v1.1.4.rar. + Schlongs of Skyrim DLL for AE - make sure to download correct .dll - SchlongsOfSkyrim_1_1_5-DLL-1_6_1179-20240326.zip. Install .dll replacer as a mod and let it overwrite original mod OR extract .dll and copy it into original mod folder. Overwrite.

The only problem I've found so far is with Go To Bed, it doesn't do the clothing change thing but the going to bed part works. I've read people suggest Jcontainers may be the cause as the GOG version labels its .dll differently for some reason, but I have no idea and not super invested in figuring it out.

Ohh > SexLab MatchMaker 2021-09-27 doesn't seem to recognise Skyrim GOG version. Found the SexLab SE - Sex Animation Framework that works with Skyrim GOG, but MatchMaker doesn't T_T

 

Are there any other MatchMaker versions that might work with Skyrim GOG, or any other vanilla "just fuck NPC" Lovers lab mods?

Update: SexLab MatchMaker 2021-09-27 DOES work with Skyrim GOG!

 

Not sure why it didn't work at first, and how I got it to work later. Perhaps just reinstalling it and reinstalling some other key mods (Vortext) in a different order made the difference. Different ordre as in, reinstalling SKSE again, after reinstalling all the others ..or vice versa. Not even sure anymore.

 

This thread is GOLD for all Skyrim GOG & LL users. It must be kept alive, pined, saved, etc. for future generations! BIG thanx to deff. and the LL modding community!

Yes, the culprit is JContainers version. Try JContainers64-v4.2.3-GOG from tworaz.net - it worked fine in my GOG - 659. With GOG 1179, that I don't use for now (because I pretty know it has heavy problems, especially memory saturation), no idea, just test it.

 

Thank you for working on this difficult new version. So scarce are the courageous people involved in modding the GOG Skyrim - of course I mean the no-drm one. I have been doing it for 2 years and my MO2 system can run about 650 mods without a crash.

I'm a little bit away form Skyrim right now, sorry folks. I'll update this list as soon as I will get back to it.   If anyone can 100% say that "that or another mod" works with this Skyrim version, feel free to post it with link and mod version which is working. 

 

As far as I remember, some of Skyrim veteran modders said, that easier is to buy a Steam version, than try to mod GOF version...so...
