Taking a break from mesh editing, setting up bust3 for Costume 15.Tried bust2 as well, but the jacket flare looked off, so I'm still tweaking it...

Actually, I've been (slowly) working on a doc that has links to all working mods that I've been able to find (for my own reference and usage.)

 

It doesn't have any pictures though, and I feel like trying to keep it up to date in real time for a public release would be a bit of a pain...

After keeping an eye on this thread for a while, I figured out how to make the changes myself.
The jacket for busut2 is definitely off.
I can now change all the common costumes, but
I still don't know how to change the exclusive costumes.
For example, for Aishin Flash's swimsuit, which asset should I modify?

Character costumes are complex.
Part of it is that investigating them is a hassle, too.
Each state"00_LobbyFront, 01_Run, Sprint, 02, 03_Dance, and 04_Result"may have different settings configured. 
These categories are also speculation due to insufficient investigation on my end, but basically I think it comes down to editing 02, 03 (which probably also splits into Main and Back), and 00.

Here is everything I have. This should be most of his mods minus a few of the variations. If he ever comes back I will just delete this post, but I think he is gone.

Still waiting for F4de to come back.
One of the reasons I stopped reusing F4de's MOD body and switched to a different base model is that I still believe F4de will return someday...
There are also quite a few Uma Musume that just don't suit my own MOD body.

(Clipping? Yeah, I've decided not to think about that one, lol)

Yeah, at this point I think it can only really go one of two ways:

1.) He actually died.

2.) He doesn't actually make mods anymore, but decided not to tell anyone so he can keep quietly collecting Patreon money.

(That's a dark path I've seen FAR too many hentai game devs go down...)

While I'm hopeful for some sort of third option, disappearing for 6+ months like this doesn't typically bode well...

I suggest using UMML

There ARE other ways, but I don't know why anyone would want to manually replace files or use anything else anymore; UMML is pretty darned good.

RanKaeder hachimi-mod doesn't not work, as i mention earlier

I suggest using UMML. although RanKaeder mod can be loaded with "Load Assets (manual)" it has detection "PC-s"

Actually, tried it several times.

zeroruka_base model has a heavily arched back, and getting it into a clean T-pose isn't working well, so not much progress...

In the interest of not being quite as vague as Goofy:

The general consensus seems to be that-- although using something like a translation plugin IS against TOS --it's very unlikely (*but not impossible) to be banned for it.

 

I'm far from an expert on cybersecurity, game dev, or coding in general, but I can't imagine there's an easy way for Cygames to audit the game files of random players.

(Hell, MANY of the members in the highest-performing clubs were recently outed for botting/cheating-- and it was the community that found them out, not Cygames!)

 

 

So basically yeah; as long as you don't advertise that you use mods (and/or NEVER show your trainer ID) I'd say the odds of getting banned are INCREDIBLY low.
