For mob characters, the face and hair are assembled separately. This wasn’t studied in depth—just based on testing results: if they’re simply inserted into a regular character instead of doing a full replacement, facial expressions may behave incorrectly.

And when I move my meshes to the scene section on the left (right before you put them in the prefab section) the edited mesh gets giant. I looked it up on google and it said I could easily fix it with scale factor option on the right. So I did that (set it to 0.001), and it ended up looking pixelated. I remember the Meekuru guide saying it can look off during Unity steps so I figured I should just continue. After going through the steps to finish the Unity and UABEA section I end up getting this cursed af model in Umaviewer LOL I checked blender and my scale settings for import fbx (set to 1.000) and export fbx (set to 1.00) numbers look good. I'm using Unity 2022.3.62f2 as well. (I removed skirt and some of the jacket from Maruzensky half nude mod). I honestly wouldn't mind paying for a video (a video of someone doing the Unity section with no voice over and no text explaining the steps) that way I can follow along and learn what I'm doing wrong. Run UmaDecryptor.exe directly by entering the full path to wherever you have saved it. Don't forget to specify the paths for -i and -o as well.

peachy.keane Posted May 8 Posted May 8 (edited) I was curious, so I decided to do a little digging... This chart shows how many Trainee/NPC characters use each of the different generic body shapes. Fields highlighted in yellow account for 75% of all non-MOB characters. (speaking of MOB characters...) MOB girls only use the 1_0_? body shapes. (default height, standard build, any breast size) In fact, the largest bust size for that body shape, 1_0_4, is exclusive to mob girls. So, adding 1_0_0 and 1_0_4 to the highlighted 8 body types accounts for 100% of the MOB girls too. Just those 10 body shapes encompass ~900 characters (128 non-MOB & all 780+ MOB) Fields marked n/a are bodies that are not actually in the game files. Despite the obvious system here, not every mesh exists. Of the 45 potential bodies, only 28 exist. Most notably, the "Short" height ONLY has "standard" variations, entailing all 5 breast sizes. Also, although they DO exist in the game files, 0_0_1, 0_0_2, 0_0_4, 1_1_4, and 2_0_0 are entirely unused. Additionally, though the chart shows body shapes, I would like to point out the following about body colors: "White" and "Peach" (colors 0 & 1) account for 85% of all non-MOB characters. (It's a pretty even split, 71:74) "Yellow" (color 2) is used by 19 non-MOB characters, about 11%. "Brown" (color 3) is used by only 5 non-MOB characters, less-than 3%. (And only TWO of them are Trainees!) "Black" (color 4) is not used by ANY non-MOB characters; so it is also exclusive to MOB girls. Edited May 8 by peachy.keane
