No I mean like what does the mod do? Do the boobs get bigger? Does the outfit change?

I don't notice any difference, so I want to figure out why. There's no preview image so idk how to tell if the mod is working
(Edit: Ah it's a nude mod, I didn't know because the bust settings cancel it out.)

yeah, problem is, i don't have the tools todo it and am not sure mys pc can even handle a 3Dmodeling tool nowadays anyways, so rather wait for one, would also buy it if it does everyone and is the details i personally prefer lol

This is very good.. I also like it if it's half nude, which still has some fabric and footwear...

I hope there will be a half nude Tracen Academy school uniform soon (in summer and winter).
And if there is a full nude, it will also be better on the swim uniform and bath towel..
I can't wait for the next mod..

Uh anyone know if the height on the UMPD mod loader for steam on gamebanana is working? I can see the chest changes just fine but it seems no matter what I do in the chara editor the height does not seem to change at all for any skin. I'm not getting any errors so is it broken or is there something I'm doing wrong?

So, the Naked-Swimsuit Mod (https://discord.gg/dv5UCQpSwF) got an Update
- All Model Sizes (except the biggest) are changed (in all skintones)
- Career Training is changed (except Rest & Card-Events)
- The following Costumes are changed:

  - Backrow Dancer (==> Custom Concerts!)

  - NPC G1 Race Gear

  - Human NPCs (except Tazuna)
  - Casual Outfits

Currently only for Steam-Version, JP-Version is in the works

Probably just because it's new, but Windows Defender really hates it. Insists it's a "Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml" to be clear though that's just because it has an exe inside.

Yeah I tried multiple things but somehow it always hits on it..... To those interested, it is simply a compiled Python Script that
- opens a small dialog for "Replace with Mod" / "Restore from Backup" to replace the Textures
- Then modifies the Database settings to make Magic happen (which is why Uma should be closed before)

On that note, if anyone knows a way to make the Game associate the Chibi for School Uniforms with the Swimsuit (so that it loads that instead of crashing), then one could extend this method to all other costumes (except G2/G3 Gear) as well.

the only thing what remains are all the 1/2 star basic racewear, the uniforms (the one most wear when in the menu or campus) and the 3 star outfits, though F4de is doing a great work doing those.

Thought it may be a good idea to share, so here's a rough summary of things regarding Costumes that I found out while making the Swimsuit Mod:

[1]: The G2/G3 Race gear starts to T-Pose when you replace the BodyShape, and starting a Race crashes the Game
[2]: The School Uniform is used by Loading screen chibis, so you can't get past "Starting Game" if changing that
[3]: Summer Tracksuit uses Gender and Seasonal, so that must be set to 0 to be changed.
[4]: Swimsuit is what I use for the Mod, and works without restrictions
[5]: Winter Uniform is same as [2] but for Winter months
[6]: Winter Tracksuit is same as [3], but additionally used as Chibi for "Select Strategy" aka Racing Style (so that gets Stuck, but hey, you can play Story with it).
[7]: Backup dancer costume has 4 different variants, but setting 'body_setting=0 seems to disable that, so the Swimsuit mod uses that to allow Custom Concerts
[8/11/12]: Replacing G1 Race Gear for NPCs works perfectly fine
[9]: HotSprings Towel is same as [4]
[101]: 2-star Uniform for Trainees works fine as long as you avoid the Chibis in Club or Champion Race, and only use a 3-Star Trainee for Career (cause of Goal Race Chibi).
[100000]: 3-star Uniforms for Trainees have the same restrictions as 2-star Gear, just that you need to use a 2-star Trainee for Career
[200000]: Special Horses like Meek have no restrictions
[900000]: Human NPCs work without any issue (since they use no Chibis) *EXCEPT* Tazuna -- She seems to have a unique mesh that is not replaceable without getting stuck on load
[901000]: Casual Costumes have no restrictions

Additionally
- you can change the respective 2-star & 3-star Costume of any given Trainee with "card_rarity_data.get_dress_id_1 / 2", subject to the same restrictions as above
- If you then also enable "use_home" for the target costume, you can have it show up on the Home_screen (but only when choosing Random, else the Server refuses it)

To explain the main reason why and what about Chibis:
- The game loads a chibi matching the costume of the selected trainee
- Since everything is set to [Swimsuit], it searches for a Chibi with Costume Id 4
- As that does not exist, the Game Log produces a neat error message saying that it cannot compute, and stops working

So if anyone knows of a way to tell the game to load the School Uniform Chibi regardless, then we would have kind of a Holy Grail, as everything could be reduced to a single model per Body Size (resp. one singular if you are an unfaithful Heretic)
