You do it through the latest version of UMPD (the python mod manager on Gamebanana). There's a button called 'chara settings' and 'training settings' where you will do it through. It's a nice stop-gap as we wait for nude body models for each specific horsegirl.

I'm very new and unknowledgeable to modding games like this, how might I change the models to all share the same body type as you mentioned? (A.K.A where's the Chara settings and training settings)

For some reason, I am not being able to donwload it from GameBanana. I am able to download the old versions (and tested them , they work) but for some reason, i can't seem to download the new one. It gives me ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.  You know something I can do to fix it (or maybe somewhere else i can download)? Thanks in advance 🙏

Middle click the download button and refresh until it works, that works for me anyway.

download and extract again
if you cloned from git then go to EDITOR folder and execute cmd

I've imported it, changed all the outfits to school swimsuit and changed the chara settings for everyone, but is this seam on the boobs normal or did I mess it up?

curious about something so I tried it.
just layered the Dirt_image and dyed it white...
I don't know about face replacement.
might try it again when a half-nude MOD comes out.

I just tried it out, so I'd be happy if you could fix some things.

Open DIRT_TEX directly in Blender's shader to locate the dirt.
If you want to edit it, edit it directly with Texture Paint.
(Places that are heavily soiled in the order of blue, green, and red)

 

Below is the case of coloring the diff_texture.

Load the required TEX in GIMP, resize DIRT_TEX to 1024 x 1024 and place it overlapping.

Select LAYER, color to alpha... from TRANSPARENCY and bleach the black color.

The remaining color will be the dirt position
Then color it with COLORIZE and save it.
