This is what happens when I run UMPD ML 121 + Ume Decryptor that was uploaded 4 hours ago on github, either way none of the old mods load so maybe it's not a big deal

just a quick noobie question about making mods
how do you know what is the exact file that needs to be changed? like in umaviewer we can see the loaded assets and export models and all

but when using the export model, i get the PMX file, but i do not know what is the original file that contains the FBX files or the texture files, for example, how do you find out that the file KV7HELVMKILV3GU2ZTAF6IELWKPSH26S needs to be edited?

the scrambled names, along with umaviewer linking to the encrpyted files, and the updates changing the file names makes old file names irrelevant

edit: kinda found a way when i was brute force comparing files 💀
on the umaviewer -> go to the loaded assets -> copy all
if the edits are only done on the body, the only files that are concerned are the mtl_bdy, pfp_bdy and the tex_bdy files for the different weathers
clicking onto the unscrambled names in umaviewer (eg. mtl_bdy1032_00) leads to the scrambled names so just copy over and change the unscambled file's name to the scambled one post edits/updates/etc.

Now that everyone kinda has a handle on things with the new update, I’m just gonna mention one more time, I am looking to commission some nude or half nude Uma mods. If you or someone you know takes commissions please feel free to reach out to me, I’m looking to have a few done at minimum

I just made a fork of UmaViewer that adds me a button for
- Read in all files in a selected directory
- Associate each file with the one from the Asset Database 
- Reexport the file with whatever name & encryption the target file had

That way I don't have to care what they are called nor what encryption exists

You don’t need to prepare encrypted assets—UMPD Mod Loader will handle them.

might be because of my region but whenever i search for uma decryptor to download it just wont show up, i dont really have any way of finding that, but i know abt that sending link thing but i dont know how to download it. if anyone can help i'd be thankful.

would this work to port over the japanese mods or would it take more to make those work?

updated UMPD mod loader

- automatic download requirement if not exist

- added cutin dropdown in training settings

i regenerate mesh & recompile that teio v2, i'm not gonna share, just wait F4de update

Do any mods exist that replace the training swimsuits with traditional school swimsuits? (basically just trimming off parts of the bottoms instead of them being shorts) As well as replacing the towels in the hotspring sections with nude mods (but not full nude mods everywhere)?

Anyway to use the old towel model/textures before the update happened? The new towels seem whiter and less opaque while the old ones looked wet and you could see skin bleed through in areas that hugged tightly.

Someone made the swimsuits in the JP version. Sadly, I can't find it or anything equivalent for Global :(

Hello, how do I change all uma horses to wear backup dancer costume, like on the beginning screen and such?

reason why is I founded a mod on discord that changes all horses’s body to nude without sacrificing body type, but it only shows in training and concerts.

Yes, I have the modloader, it’s up and running but I’m not sure what varibles to change to under one of the options. 
Under dress settings right? It says 7- backup dancer, but I’m not sure what i should change under gender, body, sub and etc.

find dress u want then change to these value
body 6

sub 0

body setting 2

head sub 0

 

if not work then change body setting to 0

As you see here I have it set to the value you posted but the horses are still in their standard academy clothes on lobby screen. Anything I’m doing wrong?

i clicked on save all after changing calues, and I’ve tried this game with both true and false settings under gender. I’ve tried the value for body at 6 and 0.
