Sexlab Animation Alignment Tips - Most Animations not aligned

Hi,

Looking for tips on alignment for my female pc playthrough:
- most sexlab scenes are not properly aligned. Sometimes its left/right, sometimes up/down, there is no recurring misalignment pattern.
- I know you can use keys to properly align but I need to realign every time manually + for ALL stages (not great for immersion), and it seems the realignment is not properly memorized/values don't match the next time the animation is triggered!
- this contrasts with another earlier playthrough I have with fewer mods where animations were OK most of the time.

 

Can someone share tips about how to make alignment work most of the time seamlessly? 

 

Here is my mod list.

• In particular I'm using Sexlab Scaler with Sexlab options even actor height and scaling DISABLED.
• I'm using CBBE 3BA
• I also have sexlab scaler but it doesnt seem to change much whether it is disabled or not, I still have alignment problems most of the time
• and most of the animation packs available

Sexlab uses races to set alignment. e.g if the NPC you are trying to have sex with is a female Nord then aligning with that NPC will use that alignment for all female Nords. Once you have set the alignment for each race M or F you can export your Sexlab settings and import them on subsequent playthroughs.

If, e.g. you are currently playing a Nord but change to an Orc for your next game then you would have to repeat the process.

Yes. 'Export Settings' in Sexlab MCM.

Keep in mind that every highheel system (and anything else that messes with NiOverride) will need a reset before a scene starts for alignment to be as it was intended by the animator. For instance, if you adjust your leg length in RaceMenu, SexLab will not undo those changes when a scene starts. SL only handles race and actor scale differences, if this freature is enabled in its MCM.

Ideally, you set SL for manual stage changes (and changes affect this stage only) , adjust a given stage, move to the next, fix it, and so forth. Tedious but ime produces the best long  results.

 

You will likely still have a bit of adjustment (usually minor) as you run into varying height characters, if you've employed any mods to produce more variability in individual NPCs (within the same race). For instance, for whatever reason, I routinely see Nord males that range from much taller than my female player (also Nord, and a short one at that...designed specifically to be "petite"") to Nord males who are (again, for whatever reason) significantly shorter.

 

If you have multiple player instances, I'd also suggest making sure that each unique player instance is set in SL to use a different save slot, to avoid discovering that you just altered the entire positioning scheme for Player N, after you just meticulously adjusted Player M (cough, using the same same slot)

I dont know this, there is advanced fixes in Heels Fix in MCM.

Maybe clean install Skyrim and start simple by adding bodies and psychics, sexlab, slal animations, outfits and fixes, and then if you need more start adding more and check what make problems because more mods can make bigger chances to something break.

 

I decided to keep Skyrim simple so I have only favorite replacers, outfits, couple of followers, new lands and sexlab with anubs and leito animations because this works best.

I'm having the same problem with wrongs alignment, but with the Ube Body (* UBE Imperial, for example).

When I loaded a previous save and used 3Ba body, the animations were ok (vanilla Race).
