The modders will have to find the animations, learn how it works, learn how the rigging in the game works then rig the model and make the animation, this can take weeks if not months because sometimes the skeletons isn't very easy to rig in games, the rigging in Skyrim also came from Oblivion so they had allready cracked the riggings and how they work, that still took them weeks for the firt rigged mod to come out..

thats just Sites rules or 'hurt feelings' controling the mods, there is alot of people that will make what ever is requested XD

Yes it is possible to do it, but that will take a long time because the modders will have to extract the model of Eve and see how the rigg of the character's movements works and that is not so easy to say, besides that kind of mods always need extra add-ons to work so surely no modder is going to work on that kind of mods until a launcher is made for the mods and see how much the game can support without crashing

ucas.. im not sure. but Fmodel is used to open the utoc file which has models, materials, and textures

I'm waiting for that specific reason, I remember that back when modding DOA6, with each update and character release, it ended up messing mod support, so with every update, patch and/or new DLC, modders had to update their mods to work again.

the mods look great, its crazy to think that you can mod the demo that much lol. bet Eve is gonna get a bunch of skimpy outfits. This was a day one purchase for me, been waiting since the ps5 release. But man does the combat suuuuck, i know unpopular opinion. I also hate the dark souls/elden ring combat so that should tell you why i hate this one too. Ill wait for a sale.

yeah, It looks like the devs are going to try and keep it easy for the modders so shouldn't break anything when updates happen, no idea about the Demo though as it coukd be a much earlier build compaired to the current full game, with all the DLC that it has, might break most mods if the model or hashes etc is different XD

i think its because the Demo is a older build? but we will see when it releases, am sure modders will fix it after about a week or two, or make a whole overhaul mod XD lol

You are entitled to your opinion, but this game plays nothing like a Soulslike apart from the ability to parry.

It is a soulslike. It has campfires that refresh your heals and respawn mobs. It has dodge and parry. It has unlockable shortcuts. Deliberate, weighty combat that will get button mashers killed. Large boss fights with needed pattern recognition. It has a somber, melancholic world that feels fallen and dystopian, filled with ruined cities and decaying life.

Plus a lot more.

Minus that you dont lose the EXP on death, its more looks like Eve's drone saves her in a way XD
