You won't be able to use it without their client and to use that client you need a chinese phone number, unfortunately.

People are here to post free mods, not to make paid mods free. In many cases, posting links to the patreon is also prohibited on this site, so asking for mods from said site is nearly the same.

It's hard to offset nearly 20 years of gaming where communities all over have traditionally shared mods for free. Now people want money for it and not everyone has money to pay for or are smart enough not to waste money on mods. Justifiably people are upset and want mods for free even if they are 'privateered' 'paid' mods. Granted, yes, technically it is against the rules of the site to share pirated content although the moderators have stated that they don't moderate user's private direct messages hence the reason why everyone wants mods 'dm'ed to them'.
