Just want to report my own experience when using the Ultimate transformation decision. My character is immortal, and after completing the decision, became a very old woman. In addition, the game behaved like my character died and wanted me to choose who I was going to continue playing as. I chose a random character to check and yeah, my male-turned-female ruler still existed but was now a vassal under the heir who was now the new ruler.

 

[edit]: forgot to add, my character was aged 90 by the time i tried this so it was quite a while into the game by then

I'm still working on the next update, but it's going slowly at the moment. I just started a new job, which is taking up quite a bit of my time. Plus, with Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree just dropping, I have to admit I've been geeking out on that whenever I get a chance 😅
Also, I'm heading abroad for work on Monday, so things are a bit hectic right now. But the mod’s still alive, and I’ll be back on it when I can!

Yeah that’s the main challenge honestly. CK3 doesn’t let you change gender directly through script — it’s hardcoded. Yep, I think it's the only way for now. You could mask it as a fake male body creation and a long lost sister/cousin/daughter comming and taking over.

For my own use I played with the clone mod and the possession from Sapphos daughter and roleplay of growing a new body.

I miss how ck2 allows this through modding.

There is a problem with the game ending when the lord of an administrative county uses the Gender Change decision.

 

The female version of the player's character becomes the head of the family and loses her title and realm.


I experimented with this with a Greek lord in the 1066 scenario.

great mod, few questions, sorry if alredy answered

what is your plan with the traits after transformation? ( noticed in playthrough the witch interaction is gone, so maybe have a trigger on the transformed trait? ) 
any plans on adding a tf to a futa perhaps?
another idea, when you fully become witches, add events of giving her more "volonteurs" and beccoming her right hand man?/woman ?

Don't worry !

And the next update will be next month. 
 

I'm going on a business trip for my job for the next two weeks, so I won't have access to anything other than my work computer.

But yes, I've already made some corrections here; I'm looking into changing the prerequisites for the transformation, the NTR, etc. And yes, surprise about the descendants.

Reminds me of the ck2 start, I think it was jewish? enuch. Essentially you had to marry a wife with lustful and high intrigue and hope she cheats on you and makes you cuckold. Fun times.

No, still working on it. But i'm doing it in a slow path since my job take a lot of my times.

Currently, reworking the image, some gameplay fix, and new events. But it take a long time to rework the image.

No, just working slowly. My life right now is basically work, sleep, repeat. I do have the weekend, but I can maybe put in 1 to 3 hours if I have the time.
