There's a russian translation mod on workshop for this and it has link here.

If you have weird font issue, make sure that ! 精灵の可爱字体（萝莉体，强烈推荐） mod is not installed. 

It is listed on steam as a requirement for ! 精灵少女幻想曲（排序放到最下）, but is actually unnecessary

found a solution

is 2598234798 ( ! 精灵の幻想银河（全物种美化，排序尽量靠下）) an addon to the main mods or a completely separate edition?

 

really looking forward to using it on 4.0 ngl (bad performance be damned since i got too many new mods content to see lol)

2923834739 - gfx for ColorGalaxy (can be standalone)

3143322566 - gfx for Elfs (can be standalone)

2748029219 - core for Colorful Galaxy

3143322386 - core for Elfs

2598234798 - changes default portraits, VF alternative. (VF better).

English local on ColGal bad. Elfs have some untranslated debugstaff and names. Not recomending playing ColGal with this translate (there is no better, but still).

So do this have a problem with planet diversity? I keep crashing everytime I select it with this mod active, so I suspect so. If so, does anyone know a fix?

 

Nevernmind, I got it working. Though I'm not sure how.

When doing the jrpg minigame, the hooded merchant says he wants slime mucus. I have collected 10+, is there a certain amount I need or is there something else I need to do? Every other section seems to be empty so I am a bit lost.

As of 4.0.15, the Colorful Galaxy + ELF patch no longer works. Using both mods together will cause the game to completely halt all population growth calculations. After finding my pop growth halted across the board I had to hunt down the problem and was talking with the ELF mod author about it. 

 

Personally, I was using Colorful significantly more than ELF. ELF has a few cool things (War of Light & Dark) and the Stocking/Futa content but Coloful is more vanilla.
