well of course it will be possible. I just hope that people will have properly learned from the mess that is skyrim nsfw frameworks and we can get something that is more modular and doesn't come in 100 flavors with some mods that only support some versions.

It's hard to say. Someone could be working on some right now, or it may be possible to port ones from Oblivion, but I don't know about that last part. Also, yeah, we don't have a dedicated male body mod yet, or a sex framework. There is lots of work left to be done, realistically, it could be several months or even a year before any kind of sex mods are off the ground. There is still a lot that hasn't been figured out yet, official mod tools would help speed things along, I think, but there is still no word on anything like that yet.

Michael P. Stanich, the creator of the sex animation framework for Palworld (Sugar Cake), has been working on a sex animation framework for Oblivion R. He's been talking about it on the modding discord https://discord.com/invite/ycKUrgFGMk 

He's already made an early test version (not released yet) and he's going to make the first animation for it soon.

That's good to hear. Because there has been a lot of silence on here on that subject, as far as I'm aware. I still think it will be, at least a few months before things really take off though.

I'm glad it's him, since Sugar Cake has modular genital options, which is mainly what I want. I would like to be able to say "this character has or has not breasts, cock, and/or vagina" as opposed to the very limiting "male, female ,occasional futa, rarely hermaphrodite" options we tend to get.
I'm trans maleherm and I basically never get to play as a character that has penis and vagina but not breasts.

Haven't found one yet I'm afraid. 

Would have no idea on how to convert an old oblivion mod to the remaster.
