3d pubic hair

Been kind of experimenting with the 3d pubic hair model from krista's "sexy elves" armor.

I added it as a tail slot to an otherwise tailless race, or I could simply attach it to the lowerbody texture.

 

Basically, I was wondering if there was a way that I could have the texturing property match the individual npc's hair color. Like, there are different properties in nif-skope and what not.

 

Is this even possible to do?

Not sure about the automatic coloring, but Krista's Lady Underwear already had an option to permanently assign 3d pubic hair to the tail slot of all human, elven and orcish females and automatically hide it when pants are equipped.

You'll have to give it a NiVertexColorProperty, for starters. You can copy it from any hair file.

I'm not sure if Oblivion will immediately assign it the same color as the character's hair. If not, you'll have to either find a way to script it, or add it to the hair files (though I am not at all sure that will work).

 

Regardless of if it'll work or not, the NiVertexColorProperty will be needed.

There is a 3d pubic hair mod out there already by Necroscope i think his name was. 
 
I don't feel like hunting down the thread, so i'll upload it here. I will also like to add this lowerbody has a more modeled anus and vagina.

 

 

For those of you who don't like pewbs but want the modeled genital area, you can easily remove them with nifskope by deleting the block that the pubes occupy.

UPDATE: In my wanderings around the old Lover's Lab, i've found just what OP may be after, and by total accident really.

 

Someone DID do a mashup or w/e you could call it using Krista's pewbs ( lol ) on one of the HGEC lower body meshes ( so that it isn't an equippable item, and is actually there when you remove underwear/pants/etc )

 

 

 

I will say this does not have the detailed genitals that Necroscopes' lowerbody mesh, but this one DOES have one of the best bushes i've seen in Oblivion thus far.

 

As far as file credits go Krista did the whole pewbs, not sure who did the mashup that made this playable without the Sexy Elves armour, but whoever did, you are one cool bro.

 

( Also i rearranged the file structure so that you didn't have to look at the mesh in nifskope to find the correct texture path for the pewbs unless you like fluorescent purple pewbs. )

Yeah that's not really what I am looking for. I don't think that would change color, always black. I know enough about modding to know how to make that type of thing myself

Well,  you can use http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/19530 and change meshes to Krista Pubic Hair.rar 

and change texture to each color

 

but you need to cast spell to all each NPC by yourself
