Wicked Whims sex initiation by NPC is so random.

You can have days of romantic interactions without NPC asking for/initiating sex. Sometime, they just appear in the lot and ask for sex out of the blue.

You should probably add 'Devious Desires' if you really want to compare bananas and cantaloupes.

And define 'better' - so one has an idea what you are really interested. Vanilla woohoo and DD don't break with every TS4 update, but is this a criteria for 'better'?

I tried DD. It has too many unusual options. I don't consider shitting on the floor as sex but it's one of the things you have to shit shut off for every single sim if you don't want it.  Takes forever to set one sims preferences. 

Seems I heard that He Who Must Not Be Named doesn't even play the game. I can believe that.

Most unusual options are in modules and as such optional to install.
Also sims should have most fetishes disabled initially and not be interested in strange things.

Don't install the module you're no interest in. By default DD is tamer than WW as there is no prostition (brothel).
