Heart Gold & Soul Silver Nude Mod Project update 10:

 

The Full Lyra update.

• Lyra's overworld sprites have been finished, adding her as a completed player character.
• Brock has been added.
• The 3D Bag Model finally loads correctly.

We're getting super close to the end now. It's exciting!

There are only two girls left.

After a little playtesting it looks pretty good

there were just a few small visual things I've noticed so far.

• In HG, Silver's pubes disappear for one frame
• In Silver's (and likely the player's) screen where we name them, the sprites are unchanged
• The Male Ace Trainer's OW sprites have some purple outlining pixels.

Also, I just realized forgot to try and make the text boxes transparent until now.

I'll try to add that and these into the next update.

I'll have to look at the pastebin to see where the Silver Name Entry sprites are.

 

Edit: They are with Ethan and Lyra's. I just missed him at the bottom of the sheet.

Yeah, I don't think invisible text boxes are happening, chat.

The black and white bars seem to be built into the game.

Even deleting the battle graphics for HP is difficult.

I gave it my best shot. Sorry.

The best I can do is make one of the frames selectable in the options menu totally transparent.

If someone can get this Github file working and send me a patch file, I can build Hairy Gold and Shaved Silver around it, if it is what we are looking for.

No images were shared, so it may not be what we want.

Github always confuses me.

• I remember doing edits of Silver's front sprite but it's possible that I never added it in.
• I did not notice Silver at the bottom of that sprite sheet. I made the necessary edits.
• I must have forgotten to hit the "indexed colors" button when adding his sprite. That gets rid of any wayward outlines.

I just remembered Pokemon dress up.

I thought that I'd need to remove certain accessories for implying that clothing exists, but thankfully the biggest clothing item is the cape.

The Final Gym Leader update.

Because next week is likely to be really busy for me, I'm making this newest update now.

• Blaine and Pryce have been added.
• The Gym Leader faces in the trainer case have been added.
• A few glitches have been patched.

This is a smaller update, but I hope you still like it.

I'm planning on starting the text-edited version soon! I'm fully replacing Professor Oak with Betti (my pfp) this time, not just graphically.

That reminds me, was BW the next on the list after HG/SS? I forget what that list was. That preview video looks great so far.

 

Also, while I'm excited that Hairy Gold/Shaved Silver is almost done, I'm not sure I'm gonna have time to dedicate to playing it for a while. There's just way too many good games about to release in the next couple months, including one coming Oct. 30th that I've been looking forward to all year. But I'll still at least try and find time to play the completed Hairy Gold in between other shit.

@Viewier Hey dude, I have a question. Do you happen to have the numbers for the Platinum trainer classes? I want to try making a mod of platinude for pokemmo, and if you have those numbers, or know their names, or a way to get them, that would be a big help. An example of what talking about:

I mean, I've been using DSPRE for my trainer-editing.

I'm not sure what you mean by trainer number.

All the trainers from Platinum carry over to Platinude, with some just having a few moveset changes to trip people up.

So, if someone has ported Platinum to Pokemmo, you can just use their trainer numbers.

It's all good! Sometimes really fun games come out and you can't not play them. I have a few games like that which I need to get into.

I know that I'll be pretty busy next week (and I was pretty busy this week), so a major update may not come out until Oct. 16th.
