Just use the "change file" button on a rom that already has renegade platinum applied and use the narcs in root.zip's fp folder.

I made a new sprite sheet for Ethan based on Lucas's sprite sheet.

If someone wants to make Lyra's spritesheet, they can just plop her sprites on top of Ethan's.

Good news, got it working! Bad news, it doesn't work with the Following Renegade Platinum patches. Which is a shame. I tried to do that one first, but when i loaded the rom it was just white. Full blank screen, nothing happening.

Hey, I've got another thing to report about the Xenophobia version. I switched back to the Everyone Nude version and beat the game and the ending scene with Dawn on the bike was unedited. 

 

But hey! I beat the game! I'm doing a Ground mono-type run, so Cynthia's Milotic almost destroyed me, but I did get super lucky with my Garchomp not missing hers. This was a fun way to revisit Platinum, tbh.

I'll use Microsoft Paint Classic and Erika's HGSS VS Face for my example.

I'm starting with an image of Erika where the image has its pixels be 2x2.

First, press ctrl + a to select the whole image, then press ctrl + w or right click and select resize.

I think you need to remember to press ctrl + a first or it ill be blurry.

Do not press the resize button on the upper toolbar. That one is broken in some versions.

Once in the resize and skew menu, change the 100 under vertical to 50 instead. Horizontal should automatically change too.

Once you've done that, the image should be smaller. From there, take note of the box icon down below. ()

Then, click in the gray space to deselect the image.

You'll then want to select the borders and shrink them around the image to the amount set by the highlighted box earlier.

Do not use the resize command or the image will be compressed.

Finally, you can just select the image and ctrl + c and ctrl + v as so.

Ok, so I just finished all the sprites that needed alternates for HG or SS except for the young twins, little ninja, girl in pikachu onesie, etc. because that seems too weird so I marked them complete without change. I also marked off the ones with props or poses taht would just conceal any pubes to begin with.

Also finished Sabrina up (Front, Portrait, and OW) and put the Lance OW sprites I made a while back on the new sprite sheet

Also got those Apricord sprites I missed.

I should be able to start working on adding more to the npc sheet this weekend. I took a bit of a break.

I did add Jasmine to the sheet. The only difference between her Platinum and HGSS sprites were her clothes which we remove anyway.

I can probably also make the delivery people nude.

I was gonna point that out at some point, given they should be too young for pubes. Accuracy is key :3

I feel like Sabrina's pelvis is a bit too high in her middle sprite.

Also, the palettes got royally messed up somehow.

I wish I knew what kept causing this so I could fix it.

But Aseprite makes it an easy fix. I just copy the original three images, copy their palette, replace the new palette with the old one, and then index the colors so the new sprites only use the old colors.

And Voila! Fixed Sabrina.

This main sound hypocritical, given I'm the one championing for having pubes, but I feel like a lot of them are almost too bushy. Just kinda reminds me of this: 

 

 

I guess all the more reason for me to get off my lazy ass and download the software and learn to do it myself.

i will try this route later today, i did however come up with another slightly different approach. Using pixilart on my android, with its tracing with background image option i was able to make a custom 64x64 pixel image, basically tracing over the image
