I Agree with Zorai. If someone is going to just keep spamming and harassing someone else, won't leave them alone no matter how many times they're told "I've already answered you" or "I cant answer you because I dont have enough details" and persist in doing so after many account bans for this exact behavior, they have entirely worn out their welcome in any community and should be IP banned.

It's the same crap like "what happens if the protagonist is nude in Legends ZA" and "why are the characters naked in Pokemon games including main and spin offs? Please explain in chronological order in message." They also tried to flatter me by mentioning they liked my non-Pokemon mods as well.

I recall the admin of this site said that IP banning someone wouldn't do much good since they could just use a VPN to bypass it.

What I think they could do though is restrict new account's abilities like messaging someone until they post enough to verify they're not a spammer.

I prefer not having to close down DMs because I do get people genuinely asking me questions from time to time.

It honestly should be a thing and should be brought up to staff. Make it so new accounts must wait 30 days before they can DM. I get the IP thing, but new accounts should get some form of restriction to prevent these sorts of things.

I think the main issue is you cant really stop a genuine piece of detritus like a determined and dedicated spammer. They will worm their way back in like the parasites they are.

I just noticed something about the idol girl.

(Left is ours, right is the original, and middle is the updated version.)

I guess someone thought it was weird how the cord for the microphone just ended, so they made the cord go between the legs.

Is the microphone powered by the inside of her vagina??? I guess the idol is a robot confirmed.

That's just what I thought, looking at it again.

So, I changed it to both be less suggestive and more accurate to the original image.

Here comes update 3 of the Pussy Pearl patch!

I believe that now I have all the sprites in the game except for the hall of fame sprites.

If you see any other sprites that are not edited, please let me know.

This hack has been in development far shorter than Platinude, so errors are easier to miss.

Once again, use "1016 - Pokemon - Pearl Version (USA) (Rev 5)" for this patch.

Update 4 will be for adding the hall of fame sprite and for creating the Dick Diamond patch.

Well, just today I finished making the exclusive sprites.

So, really all I need is to:

1. Figure out how to add the Hall of Fame sprites to Diamond and Pearl.
2. Figure out what sprites should be naked in which of the three versions.
3. Sit down and make the alternate versions.

I hope it will happen sometime next week.

It's really just a lot of file navigation and is entirely on me.

I feel bad for these three.

They're totally unused NPCs.

I think I'll put them over a battle frontier npc in the timeline where their nudity is accepted.

There are two unused male npcs and one unused female npc, and there are two female battle frontier npcs and one male battle tower npc.

Sure, most people won't see them anyway, but at least they won't go totally unused.

               

I was surprised by how many NPC slots were taken up by battleable NPCs. I have to give props to Game Freak for that.

And then the semi-annual Grand Fuckening happened. Got a burger. Bag ripped open, stuff that fell out knocked over the soda and it went fucking everywhere. Only reason the PC survived is because I hadn't cleaned the dust off of it in so long. Procrastination saves the day. Mouse was ruined, spent two hours cleaning the keyboard only to have a stupid kid steal five of the buttons and render it useless anyway. Then the clock rate issue with the PC returned just as mysteriously as it had left. I have a replacement motherboard, but I haven't had the energy to install it. Even needed to call in help to clean up the soda mess, which is where the kid came from.

I, in fact, am having a bad time.

 

That said, I think I have enough caffeine in me to give this a shot. Gonna be harder than usual, but I'll do it right now. Shouldn't be hard.

Not gonna be good for much else for a while. Dunno how long.

Also I realized that something went wrong with Dawn's boots in frame 4.

Her poses go like:

1. left leg in front, right leg behind it. left leg is angled somewhat diagonally.
2. left leg in front, right leg still behind but being bent and lifted up, and moving forward. Both legs are somewhat straight.
3. right leg in front, left leg behind it. right leg is angled somewhat diagonally.

The feet also always face forward.

With this in mind, I'll do it with her boots on. I would've tried fixing her feet, but uh...I wasn't looking forward to it.

I just found out that apparently the overworld sprites didn't actually apply in Pearl, since it seems like I forgot to pack the file before saving.

And nobody told me.

This is why I need play-testers.

If something slips through the cracks, I just look stupid.

I don't even know if the hall of fame sprite for pearl is in or not.

It may be in, but I cannot tell for sure unless someone uses cheats to get to the end of the game to check.

I feel a little alone in this project. So, I'm just going to let Pearl be how it is once fixing the npcs. If the hall of fame is unchanged, so be it.

Playtesting would be a bit of an undertaking on its own. In order to test everything at any given point, you'd have to keep savestates before each Gym Leader and every one-time dungeon.

I dunno if I can do it myself with the clock rate fucked up on this. I know the PS1 emulator gets fucked up, but maybe the DS won't. I'll give it a shot. Do I need a specific version? I searched the thread, but I didn't find anything about that.

...The game itself has sprite errors. The legs on sprites 1 and 3 are mirrored properly, but not on sprites 2 and 4. It's like they copied sprite 2, but they accidentally pasted it twice for sprite 4 and only flipped one of them.

That's...pretty embarrassing for the most valuable franchise on the planet. This is the first screen Dawn appears. It isn't even a full minute into the game.

Am I the only one who finds that ironic, given your username? Anyway, my condolences for everything. I totally have experiences spilling soda on a laptop in the past. Also, I definitely get where you're at with the medical shit. I have the same problems with my diabetes doctor. The jackass seems more interested in pushing as many expensive (and not covered by insurance) medications on me as possible than actually making me feel better. By the way, something I figured out on my own, since my doctor doesn't care, is that cutting out caffeine and soda altogether (even diet soda) has definitely helped with my own foot pain and restless leg syndrome.

Oh no, that's a Spriter's Resource Error.

I looked in the game files themselves and the feet showed up correctly.

This isn't the first time that site has had errors.

They did not have:

1. The ending bike sprites for Platinum.
2. The Caitlin Portraits.
3. Literally any of the Platinum exclusive NPCs like Looker, any of the frontier brains, the battle frontier npcs, the director, the new Plasma scientist, or the four unused NPCs.
   • And even on that sprite sheet, they only have sprites of the characters looking up, down, and left, despite the fact that some NPCs look different when facing the right.
   • This one was so egregious that I am considering making my own sprite sheet to replace it. How did they miss so much?

I feel like the torso is too thin now, but there's not much we can do about that.

But then again, it's kinda cute, in an adorable way, like what you said.

I fear that editing her torso could ruin things, so it should stay.

Her mom should just feed her a little more. lol

My rating for these would be 1, then 3, then 2, then 4. (Just because 4 still has the spriter's resource boot weirdness.)

I appreciate you adding a shadow under 3's arm. That should have always been there.

1 and 3 having their waists reduced definitely helps it feel more natural.

The only part I don't really care for is the upper thigh of 2 & 4.

Feels like that could use a bit more smoothing. I thought the thigh gap of the original 2 & 4 was fine as is.

The thighs kinda jut out as squares in my mind.

May just be a me thing, though.

I just matched it with the original. It had a gap there, so I kept it there.

I agree about the thigh, and I tried experimenting with smoothing, but I couldn't come up with anything that looked any better from a distance. I only have two colors to work with, and I'm trying to be faithful instead of taking full artistic liberty with it. I'll see what I can do.
