Emprah Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 I have followed the install instructions to the letter, reinstalled multiple times, but whenever any kind of action starts, I get this kind of texture stretching that goes all over the damn place. I have read other topics about it being a skeleton issue, and I have made sure that none of the plugins messed with the skeleton files. I will attach a screenshot and my load order according to Oblivion mod manager. Screenshot at : http://www.mediafire.com/view/kj4xze4yy2atk61/oblivion-20140101-205049.png Load Order: Oblivion.esmLovers with PK.esmLoversCreature.esmDLCShiveringIsles.espDLCHorseArmor.espDLCOrrery.espDLCVileLair.espDLCMehrunesRazor.espDLCSpellTomes.espMaleBodyReplacerV5.espDLCThievesDen.espDLCBattlehornCastle.espDLCFrostcrag.espKnights.espLoversRaperS.espLovers with PK.espLoversCreature.espLoversMB2.espPlayerSlaveEncounters_V0.69.espLoversIdleAnimsPriority.espLoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp
myuhinny Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Well lovers comes with it's own skeleton in it so if something overwrote it that could account for the streching not sure if MaleBodyReplacerV5 comes with a skeleton or not.
fejeena Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Yes it is the typical Skeleton Problem first reinstall Growlf's Universal Skeleton http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/37596/ the controllable one (not the total controllable) Then install the LAPF Skeleton. Unpack LAPF - main file v1.4.7z in an empty Folder. The Skeletons are in meshes\characters\_male Copy both (Skeleton.nif and skeletonbeast.nif) in your Oblivion\data\meshes\characters\_male Folder.
Emprah Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 That did not fix it. I MUST be doing something wrong during the installation or something. I am about ready to abandon it entirely.
fejeena Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 ?? which Body Mods do you use ? The LAPF Skeleton is compatible with nearly all BBB Body Mods. Only some "antique" outdated female Body mods use Bip01 L breast / Bip01 R breast bones instead of Bip01 L Op/ Bip01 R Op bones. Perhaps install a new Body Mod. See LAPF the second Spoiler. male Body http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/40532/ female Body http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/34442/ and foot fix http://www.loverslab.com/topic/9488-rel-hgec-gm-type-with-roberts-feet/ Or have you not set "archive invalidate" in the modmanager ? So the game still use the original Oblivion Skeleton. "archive invalidate" http://www.loverslab.com/topic/15185-xeo-sp/?view=findpost&p=496940
Emprah Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 I am using those 2 body mods you linked, and I invalidated the archive as well. I followed those directions to the T, except I'm not using the feet model.
fejeena Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 And you still have the stretching meshes(breast and/or penis) ? Then you must have done something wrong during the Skeleton Installation. Check your Folder: data/meshes\characters\_male the skeleton.nif and the skeletonbeast.nif must be 95KB (LAPF Skeletons) data/meshes\characters\_1stperson skeleton.nif must be 53KB (UniversalSkeleton-ControlableSkeleton)
Emprah Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 I am going to try a FULL CLEAN INSTALL of Oblivion. I have just cleaned up my Registry and all folder/files relating to Oblivion I found. You did just give me a new piece of information about ther skeleton.nif in the _1stperson folder, so hopefully that 1 thing is the problem. Although I may miss the stretching. Not everyday a penis can stretch to encompass a lake and half the sky.
fejeena Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Follow the LAPF Installation First Body Mods (male and female) then universal Skeleton Then LAPF Then Lovers Creatures2
Emprah Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 It's no use. I have done everything to the letter, and it's still happening. Maybe I should try getting a non steam version. I remember these mods actually working when I did not have a Steam copy. Install The Script Enhancer, Install the plugins, Install the body files, Skeleton, NOMAAM animations, BSA Redirection thing, LAPF, Creatures, Rapers, Player slave encounters, and the Creatures Replacers. Did I do something wrong? No game I ever Modded has given me as much trouble as this game. I concede this battle, Bethesda.
movomo Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 If you have installed the correct skelton, that's most likely the archive invalidation issue. I've seen someone suffering the same issue as you before. He said that did everything to the letter, and it was true, but didn't work. Assuming you used OBMM to do the BSA redirection, your Oblivion.ini should look like this. sArchiveList=..\obmm\BSARedirection.bsa, Oblivion - Meshes.bsa, Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa, Oblivion - Sounds.bsa, Oblivion - Voices1.bsa, Oblivion - Voices2.bsa, Oblivion - Misc.bsaNow, if you are familiar to Steam thing, you probably already know that Steam is frequently very stubborn and attempts to prevent you from tweaking ini things. Can't help about that. Maybe some other member who's using the Steam version could help.

I just tried a non-Steam version and everything worked fine. Perhaps someone should make a note about this error for future Steam users. Maybe the line can be added manually.
d4nt320 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 i need help what is wrong with my list everything was great but now i cant play my game i only install lover3dorgams and lovercreaturesSexualorgans and some clothes stores. this is my load order please help this is my break time and i have not time left. http://www.mediafire.com/download/nd73cjaiys498fk/1.png http://www.mediafire.com/download/klqj4dstgbqjn74/2.png help

Yeah, I was having the same problem that you were having with the Steam version and on a whim decided to see if copying the contents of Oblivion.ini and use them to replace the entire contents of Oblivion_default.ini would fix the problem. Sure enough, everything works as expected now. I mean you could probably just add the line about BSA redirection but if you're also making tweaks to Oblivion.ini to improve performance like I am then you might as well. Anyways, I hope this helps.
