UPDATE: I downloaded and installed this mod, made up a new character and ran straight to Anise's cabin. Potions were there as they should be, so I grabbed them and returned to Riverwood to test. After taking the potion and waiting 24 hours, nothing happened... but after I waited a little bit more, the first stage of the transformation kicked in! Nice. Another 24 hour wait and the 2nd stage kicked in, after which I got a message that the corruption had been removed. So it looks like this works! I'm using a CBBE body that has UNP-like proportions (created in Bodyslide), so it mostly looked good with a few spots of clipping. I guess my only complaint here is that the full 'suit' looks more like clothing than a fur coat, with a strap across the breasts and everything. The first stage, with just hands and feet covered in fur, looks really good though.
rangedphoenix Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 V1.5 will be out sometime this afternoon, it will make this transformation have a lot more of an effect on your character. Also received permission to release my bodyslide compatible meshes, so that will be coming out soon as well. I'm quite proud of how they turned out, in fact, I think they look even better than the original ones.

There appears to be a problem downloading 1.5, for me it gives me the error page and say's it couldn't find it.

Oh, then possibly your stages are not advancing correctly? On the OP it says that the stages should advance every 24 hours, so after drinking the potion, I waited 24 (plus a couple to make it trigger), and got clawed hands and feet. Then I waited another 24 hours, and was completely covered in fur, and saw the message that the effect was removed (which to me meant that it was done). I'll give 1.5 a try and see what happens.

Ashra XIII Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Okay just tried it again with 1.5 and apparently I was being a bit silly. I got to the 2nd stage of transformation, which is where I thought it was done before, and it's not... apparently the effect being removed was simply indicating that the particular transformation stage had been completed, or whatever. Anyways, yeah I got 4 stages of transformation, and at the last I was completely furry except my head. I checked for 'Active Effects' and didn't see anything, but noticed I suddenly had 300 health, 300 stamina, and 0 Magicka. Also, my claw damage was through the roof and everyone in Riverwood went hostile to me (unfortunate for them, because the streets ran red with their blood!). Pretty cool.

Need to see if I can get the RemoveItem function to also not send a message to the player... *Edit* Doesn't look like there is... Oh well. I guess I should get started on v1.6 now. But yeah, the head won't go furry because of mesh limits. For one, I don't have a head mesh I could use for it, and there is a lot of stray vertices in the original werewolf hybrid mesh that are hidden within the human body part of the mesh. So that's basically as furry as I can get it.
Ashra XIII Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I really like what you're doing with this mod, but I have to admit I hate the meshes that inspired you to go down this path. Every stage of it looks more like my character put on a fursuit, rather than that there's actual fur growing on her. The early stages do look like 'furkinis', as you said, specifically covering genitals and nipples. I don't know if you're at all interested in editing that portion of it, but I believe those old things are going to hinder what is otherwise turning out to be a pretty cool transformation mod.
rangedphoenix Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 There's a limit to how much I can work with this original mesh, unfortunately. Until I take the time to learn blender (which I must admit, scares the hell out of me), the base meshes are all I have to work with. I'll take another look at the meshes at some point, though. The problem is that Outfit Studio isn't exactly delicate when it comes to fitting meshes together, so making something like this skintight would be nearly impossible (right now). If you know of a better mesh I could work with, that has open permissions, I'm all ears. But yeah, the early stages of it are intentionally alluring. Just be glad that you never saw the male mesh I was working on before I decided to scrap it.

An option to have a werewolf head (There was an oblivion mod that put in a werewolf suit armor thing, which had a head mesh) would be kinda neat; maybe as the final transformation part that finally prevents you from interacting with townspeople. One thing I did notice: it interacts in strange ways with Sexlab's auto-stripping options. Sometimes it strips it, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it CTD's. I shall test more thoroughly to see if I can figure out what's happening.

I just want the end result to be something of a fur covering, while still showing off the feminine form. For example, the least offensive (to mine delicate eyes) stage of the transformation is the first one, where it's mostly her hands and feet which are furry. Basically, if you got rid of the torso part of this stage of transformation, it'd be perfect, as it would actually look like part of her is transformed and is not a furkini. Further stages might have the fur creep up her legs and arms, eventually her shoulders, but ultimately not cover genitals, breasts, or perhaps tummy region. Take a look at the Ohmes Raht body texture that was just posted to see what I mean... there are more pictures on the download page.
rangedphoenix Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 Not surprising that it doesn't play nice with sexlab, I should add that as an incompatibility. Basically, I have my script set up so that it tells skyrim that when it equips the armor that you aren't supposed to be able to unequip it. See the problem? I need to talk with Ashal one of these days. I once tried setting up the armor sets with the sexlabnostrip keyword, but it still stripped it anyways. Thanks for letting me know. *Edit* @Ashra I see what you mean. You actually just gave me a couple ideas for some alternative meshes. Oh boy, this is going to be interesting. But yeah, I kind of kept it intentionally covering that so that the player wouldn't be able to wear body armor with this transformation. I also kind of wanted to avoid just having it directly show off the naughty bits. I think for the sake of my sanity, if I did make alternate meshes like this, it would still take up the body slot so that you can't use armor with it. Would that be alright? If so, I'll start working on those meshes as soon as I have a script set up for 1.6.
Ashra XIII Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Oh yeah I'm perfectly fine with whatever body slots you want to take up... I can see why you wouldn't want body armor on top of this (assuming your fur has some armor value itself, but even if not the buffs you get probably offset a lack of armor). Regarding the issue with Sexlab... a very good example of how to keep your items on a player when Sexlab tries to strip them is Devious Devices, which adds a variety of chastity belts and such which, when worn, are locked in place and cannot be removed (save with the proper key). Even Sexlab doesn't remove them. The authors of that mod are super helpful and might offer you tips on how to make that happen, if you're interested.

But you WILL need to check that, or things get a little wonkey like I said. Also, I don't know if you set to do this or not, but I started getting chain attacked by Silver Hand mercenaries, which I thought was a neat touch. Edit: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/35118/? Curse of Hircine was the Oblivion mod I was talking about before. I know it's technically possible to import meshes from Oblviion to Skyrim, but I couldn't even begin to tell you how to do it. Just a thought.
rangedphoenix Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 Like I said, I've tried to experiment with adding sexlab's NoStrip keyword onto my armor, but for some reason, it didn't work at all. Funnily enough, devious devices also usually gets stripped by sexlab for me. I'll work on an ESP that has the appropriate keywords in it, but keep in mind that this will require sexlab as a dependency. *Ninjaedit* Also, V1.6 is almost ready. you will be able to drink wolfbane potions that will stop your corruption from expanding for one day. Has no effect if you are fully corrupted though. (For now *evil grin*) *Edit2* BAH.. I forgot to save my corruption script, now I have to make the V1.6 changes all over again.. Lesson for the day: don't rush. *Edit3* Found a critical bug while I was testing. Aren't you guys glad I test my stuff before I release it? I think I know what I did wrong... Checking now. *Edit4* Still broken, time to start using some more advance debugging techniques to see where I went wrong...

rangedphoenix Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 Just like I said, all I'm adding in v1.6 is a way to stop your player from becoming corrupted for a day (without them having to screw around with global variables.), and do it in a semi lorefriendly way. It will basically be a wolfbane potion that will stop the corruption from spreading that day. However, it will NOT reverse your corruption, and has no effect if you drink it while fully corrupted. (In fact, in a later version, I'm thinking about trying to make the potion instantly kill the player if they drink it while fully corrupted.) Oh yeah, I haven't officially announced it yet, but I might as well so I can get some leads. For the final stage of corruption, I would like to add ears and a tail. Anyone know of a mod that would have something that would work? It would need to be one that has permissions that would let me use it though. I could use the khajiit ones, but those are kind of...well, boring. *Edit* It looks like my "huge bug" was really just script lag. Ugh... Well at any rate, this is working fine. All I need to do now is create a way for the player to make wolfbane potions so that they don't need to rely on the default stock of them that I left in Anise's cellar. Oh, and I also have to hide the papyrus traces that I put in to help me debug so that nobody gets their papyrus log spammed. I think of you guys first! *Edit2* Every time I think I'm ready for testing, I think of a new scenario that could introduce a bug with my new addition. Bah =.= I think I've almost ironed out all the possible issues though. *Edit3* Looks like everything is ready. I'll be releasing 1.6 once I have everything packaged up. Then I'll work on some new meshes. They will all be fully NSFW though.

It seems to take two days for the first stage of corruption to set in for some reason... After that it works fine though. Also, answer the poll please, so I know where to go from here. It will effect how I write the messages for the next update, and revise previous messages. I'm working on NSFW versions of this now that are...Well...Far more revealing than before. Sample will be up as soon as I finish it. Not to influence the polls or anything, but the NSFW version will have much less clipping and look better in general. *Edit* I had a mesh already to show you guys, but it got messed up somehow.... Alright, here we go again!

I think I'm going to attach it as a file...because...you know... Truth be told... I'd rather work on these meshes, personally. There will be a LOT less clipping issues, scaling issues, and other things that make we want to rip my hair out. I kind of just wanted to keep it SFW to begin with... but I'm happy to do these meshes instead, especially when it makes it easier for me. Also, I think I'm going to stop making UNPB meshes, because b3lisario's base mesh seems to be getting more and more...Unusual looking with BBP effects. That screenshot above is CBBE. At this rate, I guess I will have to remove the clothing keyword from this armor now huh? Ah well. If i do that, it won't play very nice with frostfall though...

The fur can then creep up her arms and legs, etc. Easier for you, better looking in general, and naughty bits! Everyone wins. Especially me. Oh! So are the abilities you set on the 1.5 version about all you're going to do with it, or are you looking into other things to make it more bestial? It does seem pretty powerful, but of course with every NPC being hostile I guess that very well offsets the potential benefits of such power. Problem is you kinda have to stop the entire game to use this mod, which is a bit of a downer.
