It's from this user, likely in one of the paid posts since it's not in any of the public free downloads. The "Released mods for anime game 16" does include an updated .ini for those to fix the icon hash changing on some patch apparently, so it's definitely from them even if I couldn't tell from the mod style. I've tried various stuff like the website, discord name, username, etc. with base64 encoding and no luck for the last password.

 

As an aside, there is also a Scorpion monster girl mod in I think #9 or close to that download.
