Let me know if there are any broken or green NPCs still. The files you mean are for the NPC "Mondstadt Shorts Eremites" and you can only choose one. One is for thick nude (probably AutoAI´s body) and one uses the regular genshin body with dancer clothes. Only remove the disabled from the one you like
