I think that's Hazeker's mod, which is quite different from the "bakery" mods I've seen around.

Go into the mod folder, Locate the .ini file. It may be called Navia or merged. Open it with notepad. Find and remove run = CommandList\global\ORFix\ORFix under TextureOverrideNaviaFaceHeadDiffuse. I attached some pictures, hope it helps.

Here's more VoidHero Bakery mod edits, It takes some time but I hope you guys like these edits. Also I added a lip toggle to the Xiangling mod (It was an old mod so you had to replace files to change it previously). I love VoidHero mods, although I personally like Xianling's more than the others. I feel that the nipples fit perfectly with the style of the game.

My bad I never checked her face during nightsoul. Change the .txt file to .ini and replace it in the mod.
