Are the clothes supposed to be opaque like in the image or are they supposed to be see through and OrFix or TexFx need an update ?

Opaque. From what I tested and google search. They're all opaque. Not sure if transparency will work. You might need to try.

I assume you're the one asking and the quote was just misapplied. So, what you can do is check if you mod's .ini looks like this at the top:

[Constants]
global persist $bikinivar = 2
global persist $shortsvar = 1
global persist $shoesvar = 1
global persist $texturevar = 2

Those persist variables become the "default" setting when the mod is first loaded up if there is no cache settings for it, so you can set those manually at the very worst. You could also use one of the many mod managers from gamebanana and they "should" have a way to do that in the application as well, or at least the one I use does that for it's mod settings saving. I attached a sample .ini to show it more clearly, but each of the toggle key sections has a $VariableName and that's what you need to set in the [Constants] section at the top. If the variable is named $Pizza and has toggles with numbers between 0 and 9, you do:

[Constants]
global persist $Pizza = 4

if you want the 5th toggle. If you have a ton of mods, just use a mod manager to do it for you and it should be easier.
