In case anyone is interested, I'm sharing my little modification. When Natlan characters enter "Nightsoul Blessing," these tattoos will appear.
Just download the "Natlan FX" file and replace the .dds file for each character's mod. In theory, it should work with all "Lewd Lad" creator mods.
Just in case, I'm also sharing the mods I use. Just download the "Natlan Mods Lewd Lad" file; it already comes with the .dds files. However, you'll have to modify the .ini files with Notepad and change all the "key = ctrl shift h" to "key = p" or "key = j," etc., to change the mod's clothes to your liking.

orfix should only be applied to parts that have a normalmap.

open the ini of the mod and add or remove "run = CommandList\global\ORFix\ORFix" like the example. for furina it should be applied to the head and body part but not the dress part.

if its only the face you can copy the face texture from the mod. its usually called [charactername]FaceHeadDiffuse. if the other mod doesnt edit the face you have to add it to the ini too (resource and textureoverride). eyes are not included. you have to edit the texture in that case.

if you want to combine other stuff like glasses from this or hat from there you need the blend files for that.
