At the bottom of the posts youll find a string of random letters and numbers, usually starting with "a something".. copy that whole thing and decode it at  https://www.base64decode.org/, it will give you the link to the download page.. often they require a password mentioned in the post.. if you cant figure it out just ask and someone will help you with that

Guys Ive just discovered theres mods for this, I have used NSFW mods for years but, Genshin modding seems to be the final boss of modding confusion. Im seeing Complex deciphering of korean passwords, Mods that seem to be heavily protected commodities. I have a small grasp of how i could try to get a mod or two but its hard to know where to start T-T. If a kind soul could please help me figure this modding out, I would deeply appreciate it T-T T-T T-T

I don't think I've ever seen a Kiosk link from arca last longer than 30 days. Nahida.live can have permanent links, but I don't think Kiosk ever does. Also, make sure to directly link to the arca post since that typically has the password required to actually download the file.
