Ferri, Agnes, Risette, Judith and Elaine got the wrong chr.mdl number also the dds files, all other chars are working,  rename the files let the game crash, it would be nice if you can fit it, thx in advance P.S. your mods are great

as example your file for Agnes is chr5001_c15.mdl but it should be chr5001_c10

The number is not wrong. This is modding thread for Kai no Kiseki, not Kuro no Kiseki 2/Trails through Daybreak 2. c15 is correct for this game. If you trying to install this mod on Kuro 2/Daybreak 2, you can't simple rename and place the files into the game. Check this step if you are playing Daybreak 2 (English Language). If you are playing Kuro 2 (Chinese lanuage), after you downgrade the mdls, run 'cle_compress.py' to compress all files including mdl/dds/mi.

thx for the answer i tried how described, downgraded the mdl´s and dds, after compressing the files the screen stays black after gamestart, downgrading and packing at p3a works for all other chars but not for these 5 chars they are the only ones with _c15 thats to sad just wanted to convert them to matching char numbers from the id list so that they work like the others

Yes, if you want the mod to work on Daybreak 2, you need to rename c15 to outfits that exists in Daybreak 2 after downgrading the files. Just to point out, there is no naming error in the mod itself because it was originally made for Kai no Kiseki😂. You will notice that the outfits in this mod look different from c10 because this mod is based on the new outfits (c15) in Kai.
