I am new at modding Skyrim how to do it?

I have no idea how to mod a video game and how to make mod work I got it from Steam. It has been ages I played Skyrim I would love to add hot bitches and roleplay as a rapist I would like to have better vampire mod. If there's a mod that can do with better vampire mod where I get strong a bit strong by fucking while being a sadist vampire.

My AE would that include Dawn guard and Dragon Borne It's been a while forgot which edition give you all the DLC
