I understand that updates to CC lists are sometimes required for whatever random reason. When editing your lists I would like to recommend that you list what was added to each addon pack so that way people are not thinking they need to redownload the entire thing. It would be less time consuming for you than it would be for the user.

You've seen the tab for 'Update' in each file, right?

 Ooops!

I accidently uploaded the WIP file for 1.7. Fixing that now. Done

In case you already got the file, it should look like this in 'Update':

Expanded the recommendations for weaker systems (like older laptops) and added a link for a good modder with MM hair.

While working on the replacers for vanilla families I found an issue. While the meshes of the hairs all work fine the textures became an issue. Some options are way to limited when it comes to colors. The wellknown NPS Summer (BFF) for example was really troublesome. Finding hairs that had the same kind of blonde was difficult.

Spoiler

Replacer-BFF.thumb.png.681f4e5a5423a7b8f7c7959e981c6e86.png

Also the hair options for children/toddler/infants are way too small.

I'm currently working to fix both issues. Starting the replacers was a better idea than I initially thought. Otherwise I might have overlooked the two existing problems.

Male hair is redone.

Children/Toddler/Infants are done too.

Slowly digging through 'Willow Creek' and working on the last missing replacer. Then rechecking everything for new bugs after the update from EA.

Does this work with just the base game or are any of the expansions needed?

Of course it will work. Everything that requires an expansion (or another mod) is marked and can be skipped.

Finished the replacers for 'Willow Creek'. All families can now be exchanged for an improved version.

Added more random NPS.

Will later make an visual update for the hairs (the replacers required a few more of them).

The last update from EA broke a few mods again. We hope that we got them all.

Updates

Standard Game to 1.8

Moved all mods regarding hair to 'Hair'.

Replaced older hairmods with better options (those are in the new hair spreadsheet)

Flagged (or removed) broken mods.

Added mods in preparation for 'Businesses & Hobbies'.

Removed mods with conflicts.

Fixed a few typos and links.

Hair to 1.1

Added hairstyles (with options for diverse looks) Thorsten recommended.

Added the one hairstyle from the 'Steampunk Addon' we'll keep.

Removed redundant hairstyles.

Added accessoires for some hairstyles.

Note:

With this update 'F. Hair' and 'M. Hair' are gone. It was not so good as i hoped to keep them separate (I ended up having mods in two folders at the same time). Now anything regarding hair is in one place.

I hope that this was the last major 'shuffling around' update.

Now back to look for 'EA update bugs' and fixing those.

'Girly Addon' is fine, no issues.

'Goth Addon' too.

'NSFW Addon' O.o Working on it...

Added accessoires for some hairstyles.

Note:

'Nsfw addon' oo y travaillant ...

Wrapping up everything for the Sim replacer of the 'Base Game'. The save file for this is also looking good. Just download the replacer and load the save, all non-player Sims are then already replaced by my versions.

'Base Game Pack' is uploaded.

On the save file now. Waiting for answer from Thorsten if everything works...

J'ajoute simplement ' .off ' derrière le flename.

I use Sims4ModManager to disable certain mods in my game
It even updates mods
(see images below)
Thank you, if this can help others and for putting it in the standard game file

The 'Businesses & Hobbies' pack seems to work. The issue with it lies with the new way to apply tattoos. The mesh for the male body is a bit distorted and the textures are not applied correctly.

Spoiler

Unbenannt.png.29e808b3a02aa7b003f7be11262116ad.png

Atm I'm working on a few bodymods and hope to be able to fix it this way... Sadly the bodymods arn't that easy to install, so I might have to add instructions for them.

Windenburg: I've got ~50% done for the replacers. Once I'm done I'll upload a complete replacer pack for the location,

Windenburg is done, San Myshuno is next...

Replacer for the vanilla body looks good, the new Vagina is OK, Aliens too. The werewolves look off. trying to fix the legs and feet (got three options) and a texture mismatch for the sheath (mod too old?). Painting doesn't help with this.

The mod for the penis of werewolves is a mixed bag. Erected is not perfect but OK, the flaccid one looks very off (there should be a sheath not what we got with it). And the flat area we got from EA is... well, lets say 'disappointing'. I'll be digging deeper to find a solution.

Texture/mesh issue for the tattoos is resolved. Looks like a pack didn't like another one.

So far we got 55 replacers for EA Sims plus roughly a dozen for the random ones. The difficult ones are the werewolves. The human side is easy to improve, the wolf side on the other hand is driving me nuts. The textures are abysmal and they look way too harmless.

In comparison with the husky of my landlord is he the clear winner in looking vicious. And in reality is he a big playful fluffy goofball...

Update

This was some work. More things that didn't work well for either WW or DD. Sorting through that took much longer than expected, thankfully I can switch between two separate Installations of the Sims.

'NSFW Addon' to version 1.2.

Cleaned out broken mods.

Added the best body options I got working.

Moved both digitigrade leg options to 'Occult'.

More animations for DD.

'Occult Addon' to version 1.1.

Flagged a few more mods for upcoming replacer.

Added both digitigrade leg options into the spreadsheet.

Added a few things that should improve the visuals.

Prepped for a new roaming Sim.

Updates for replacer.

'Steampunk Addon' is stable. Nothing to remove or add atm.

Added notes for the 'NSFW Addon'.

I'm currently cleaning the replacer to make sure they are as base-game-compatible as possible. The random Sims (maybe i should call them roaming as they arn't random anymore) get an 'NPS' in front of their name so they are easier to identify.

Spoiler

Unbenannt2.png.9669c469220100b7134a798125c94393.png

Thorsten gave me the next bunch of Sims to rework and i'll take a look at @Lorisxx Giulia Stabile next. Then i can wrap up the female young adult pack (eight NPS should be enough for that one). I'm also wrapping up the first pack for adult male NPS.

After that I'll have to update the spreadsheets for the standard game. A few beards and male hair have to go in, same as a few overlays and clothing. The options so far have been  unintentionally lacking in some areas and I have to adress those...

Both packs are done and uploaded.

Found a more extensive solution for HQ textures. Downloading (this will take a while) and then testing if those are a valid option...

I'll also look into ways to move the mods to another drive (I got one only for mods) so the system drive isn't overburdened.
