Then check if you have:

1. Done a fresh install of the newest update of Dei. (particularly important because Paradox changed religion items pathing in 1.19 - an override install will most likely just break the mod).
2. Not have any mod that could cause issues or outdated

Better yet, test with only Carnalitas and Dei Detenetized on, and verify your game files for good measure. "Still wrong" is too vague of a statement for God knows what you're doing with your playset - and neither I nor Paradox are keen on bugfixing and troubleshooting anything that isn't only the bare essentials (and for Paradox, fully vanilla). The code works and even on my side, both with only Carn + Dei Detenetized and on my usual modded playset they both appear fine.

is it possible to add an immodest setting for the clothing options, this takes advantage of the CBO option for the more skimpy outfits in CBO without going to full nudity as character default outfits.   There was an old mod called coetus anima which had this feature and i would edit the mod to cut that out....but it no longer works anymore the way i would do it....this mod has a similar feature for religion so i just assume adding this option would be pretty easy.

So, I had the same GUI problem on religion and fixed it with the GUI file provided. I am also having a similar GUI problem on Accolades however. Not sure if it is this mod or any other that is causing this, but since I get the notification I can create accolades I imagine the system is working fine and it is just a GUI problem. If anyone can help me fix it or at least point me out to which files I should check I appreciate it.

If you have the mod Better Character UI put the files  files (copy/paste) window_accolade.gui and window_accolade_attribute_selection.gui from  Something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III\game\gui\ into the gui folder from this mod

As Eagleman said, but I struggle to see why this is here given that this has nothing to do with Dei. It doesn't edit anything but the religion windows, and even those are optional.

I don't have that Better character UI mod, and from what I can tell it hasn't been updated in a while? I tried installing it but I can't find where the mod files are for steam mods, they seem to be compiled into a single file. Copying the base game files from the directory mentioned to this mod didn't work either.

If you know where your SteamLibrary folder is, The mod folder for CK3 Steam Mods is C:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/ (the C ist the Harddisk on which Steam is Installed it can have also other letters like D or E) and after this a folder with numbers like 1158310. In this are oder Folders with oder Numbers. Finde the right one and you find all your Steam mods. You can find out which mod makes Problem. With try and Error. i always deactivate 5 mods, Start the game, and if the Problem is solved, one of this 5 Mods is the Problem. If nod actived this 5 mods again and deactivate other mods.

I am trying to figure out how to add a revealing outfit option from an old mod that stopped working, and comparing it to the structure of this mod, but im to dumb   it used to work in this mod ... this mod had a lot of cool stuff in it, some of it a bit crazy and stupidly unbalanced....but one of the religion options was along with nudity a revealing outfit option, to turn that on for everyone following the religion using the cbo option
