I just had a thought, in dead money, when you start it your stuff is taken away. Is there a way to find diapers in the dlc? I suggest potentially adding them to the sierra madre vending machines as diaper packs. I also updated the hoodies to look a little better and created a Type4 conversion for it and fixed up the schoolgirl uniform. There are alternate nif files included if you use a pipboy remover mod.

If you are happy to try making patches for the other dlc, for honest hearts the vendors are https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Daniel_(Honest_Hearts) and https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Daniel_(Honest_Hearts) For old world blues its the https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Sink_Central_Intelligence_Unit. and finally for lonesome road its the https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Commissary_Terminal. Figured I'd look into the rest at once, to save waiting till I'd already started the other dlcs. Saves you looking it up too.

Granted. It was interesting to see how these different vendors worked. Joshua and Daniel were easy, as I just did the same thing I did with every other trader. The SCIU and Comissary Terminal were basically stationary NPCs, so I just directly added my vendor level lists into their respective containers. But the Sierra Madre Vending Machines were particularly unique. They're not stationary NPCs like the SCIU or Commissary Terminals, instead it's actually just a workbench that "crafts" your chips into whatever you're buying.

I wasn't able to warp into Honest Hearts to check Daniel or Joshua's inventories, but I'm 99% sure they will work.

So posted about this before, but deleted it since the mod had issues, there is a properly functioning one however. so whether its something you want to do or not https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58075/? I Figured a patch for the modded junk firing canon would be a silly way to do something with all the used diaper items. You'd have to make a craft-able ammo version of them though.

I like the idea of that, but after some fiddling I ran into an issue.
The projectile diaper that the launcher fires seems to not support texture swaps. So, when I fire it, the diaper will come out as the default dirty white diaper instead of being the corresponding diaper texture.

It's not a deal-breaker but it is a little bothersome

You gotta give me some more details than that.

But, if the diaper is invisible while equipped, it means the invisibility portion of the script is firing. That portion of the script should only fire whenever you have something equipped in "equip slot 2", which is the slot used by most armors and clothing.

Some mods will do a trick where it will silently equip your character with an altered version of your nude body mesh. There won't be an item in your inventory, but you will technically have something equipped in that slot. Sexout does this, and I do it too (if you're playing as a male). If you're running Sexout, be sure you have the Sexout Patch installed, it is on the download page. If you're not running Sexout and running a different mod that could be replacing your nude body, follow the instructions in the "Adding Armors to Invisibility Whitelist" PDF included in the main download and on the download page.

Also, be sure you installed the mod correctly, according to the included install guide.

If all this fails, give me some more details. What gender are you playing as, what armors do you have equipped, where are you in the game, what other mods are you running, etc. The more details, the better.

I still need some more details, what else do you have equipped, where are you in the game, and what other mods are you running? Recreating the bug on my end helps me fix it easier.

In all my testing I haven't had it crash when swapping to 3rd person. It takes some resources to render the diaper, but it shouldn't be so much that it'd crash the game.

Are you using a mod organizer?

Judging by your play time, it sounds like not everything is set up properly. the game can be a bit of a mess to set up, but there are plenty of guides out there. The best guide being Viva New Vegas:

Again, if the diaper doesn't appear visible, it likely means there is something in "equip slot 2". Make sure you don't have any armor/clothes equipped beyond hats/glasses. im reinstalling the game doing a fresh copy im using vortex for mod manager

one more thing where do i find the give item Hesh ids so i can spawn them cuz i found them but lost it in my inventory

JIP LN (which is a requirement for this mod) adds a search function to console. If you enter search "[Diaper]" into console, they should show up. Be sure to use the MISC items whenever adding them, directly adding the ARMOR items can be buggy.

You should also reinstall the mod for your save as well. Either load a save from before you had the mod installed or do the following:

Disable UsableToilets.esp > Load your save > Make a new save > Exit > Re-enable UsableToilets.esp > Load the new save. Doing this should respawn the diapers in the world.

Also, it seems like you're running DLNewVegasSexoutPatch.esp. Just note that running this is only necessary if you want to play with the Sexout mod installed and isn't a hard requirement.

 

Edit:

You're likely missing the Sexout master (.esm) files required by DLNewVegasSexoutPatch.esp. As I said in the last post, running DLNewVegasSexoutPatch.esp is only necessary if you want to play with the Sexout mod. Disabling DLNewVegasSexoutPatch.esp should fix the issue
