How come I missed this? Wow - this is awesome, @drp23. I really look forward to this coming to fruition!  If you want a tester, I'd be happy to try stuff out.

because this should also be on nexus like i said before to get more eyes on it

I think the drawback with this site over Nexus, is the text based front end. New stuff isn't so easy to spot. But Ashal doesn't have Nexus's money!

It's not in a great state atm, it's just a single character with no options.  I'm working on an update, as soon as its in a better state I'll post something

I'll have a playable version out hopefully within the next week or so.  I'm finishing up an update, then need to give it a good look over and see if I can't get a few pesky bugs fixed that i've been unable to fix so far, the update after this one will be when an "open beta" happens.

Fantastic work!  Thanks for showing the community things like this are possible.  Starfield has enormous modding potential, the most of any bethesda game IMO (vehicles for starters).  It just doesn't have the same appeal or playerbase as the elder scrolls or fallout universes.  BSG claims they are looking towards a long term support model so hopefully they continue to release DLC and new capabilities that bring back players and let this game reach its full potential.

 

Watching this with interest!

I was just minding my own business downloading UBE mods then a thought cross my mind how's starfield doing right now then i recalled a mod that will be the next evolution in are monkey brains for (character creation) for SF so I scoured the lands...then i found it the mod that will rule them all,I can't wait until this is release, question, how can I get into the discord? I looked around and I can't find the link for it or I'm just that dumb

I haven't posted a link yet.  I'm working to get at least some of the cool stuff working before I went into open beta, ATM there's not a whole lot of customization options (one skintone, no conversions for non-vanilla clothes), and other than the way it looks, its not a whole lot different from the other body mods.

I would go ahead and open it up (maybe I will soon if this ends up taking too long), but want to see about some other changes that I might make soon to the skeleton, depending on how some physics experiments go

Well keep up the great work, i know this sounds cheesy but for me when others gave up,u took up the mantel and kept going, so like the old saying goes, rome was not built in a day take your time u got this 😉 an thank u for giving your time to this project

I think everyone giving up and the whole "bethesda bad, starfield bad" thing is a pretty big part of what pushed me to do all of this actually.  Im somewhat of a contrarian.

Also, I think it's pretty stupid for so many people to be like  "this game sucks and its boring, i'm sticking with fallout", as if they don't have 1000+ plugins in their load order, having not seen a vanilla weapon or NPC in years, none of the vanilla balance or gameplay remains, and in many cases their modded load order is barely even the same fucking genre as vanilla.  Fallout isn't a tactical, milsim, hardcore survival game, nor is it a settlement management simulator... its an rpg.  But with mods its all of the above, if you want.  It's not so crazy to think that if fallout can do that, starfield can... idk... just be a little less boring sometimes?  🤔

Hmmm I agree to that , I feel that we an bethesda are situationship, how we say crap about their games but then we play it then download crazy amounts mods to make it better or change whole game we rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat over and over for every game, we are snake 🐍 that won't let go of it's tale in a way
