My whole damn game is fucked now

I tried fixing an issue with Sexout and that made it so I couldn't fast travel anymore without the game crashing (NVAC would make it so I coudln't fast travel from any location). I deleted something that said NVSE in the panel, but I can't remember it's exact name and now the game keeps saying I don't have NVSE installed (I do). PLEASE HELP

Probably it's NVSE Extender also known as NX

Thanks! Operational again! Now I just need to figure out why it crashes every time I fast travel. I tried NVAC, and I still can't fast travel, it just says I can't fast travel from any location.

There are two NVSE's. One is the original and then there is the one you were referred to. You need both.

I don't want to ruin your save-game. But looking at all your mods, Sexout Framework Assortment (SOFA) would have saved you a lot of problems

I think, just based on the names, that the guide for installing Sexout Common Resources wasn't (completely) followed. You seem to be missing most of the resources.

It's working again, but the game still crashes anytime I try to fast travel. I hate using COC just because it doesn't lcause any time to pass whereas fast travel will stiill have time pass during the travel.

Make sure that you patched the game with 4gb patch, also I see outdated version of OneTweak that may be broken, newer one is here https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/79211.
Also you can try updating C++ Redistributable x86 to the latest one  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads, as latest xNVSE requires that for working
