My name is Estelle and I'm a long-time lurker who finally decided to join the community. I love the diversity of mods that this site has, there's something for everyone!

 

I personally like mods that add story-heavy adult quests, and mods that add more realism to Skyrim. Immersion is the key word for me: the more immersive a mod is, the more I want it.

 

I've also dabbled in mod creation of my own (clothing mods, custom body textures, adding quests etc) and I'll try to share something in the future.

I am not new to computer games but could not play for many years (Bauldars Gate) was my last game played on computer. I am a 67 year old great grandpa, that refuses to grow up. Got back into gaming with Dragon Age Origins, on the Xbox. What has been done with graphics and modding just blew me away...well done to you all. I am now getting set up to start back in on my PC with Skyrim special addition and Fallout 4. Any programing skills I had are so out of date they are archaic. I will probably bother you with questions that are from an old beginner, please be patient and nice when I annoy you. I don't mean to. thank you for reading, I will try to be less long winded in the future. Happy gaming.

I'm not new. In fact, I was pretty active on the site ages ago, but left due to life happening. Stupid life...

 

But now here I am. I'm baaaaaaack! *waggles fingers all spooky*

 

I've left the modding game behind. It's just too much work for someone with precious little free time. But I've always loved this site and its content (and, on occasion, the interesting conversations I've had with its members). So I figured I'd pop back on, say hi, and see what's new.

Hi Guys.

I am kinda new here joined in June I was playing fallout and saw on youtube ( lol I wont say who seems to have a bad name here ) a follower hear call Ivy and had to download her and try her out (what a laugh ) after over a 1000 hours og FO4 kinda needed something new to play so I got Skyrim se (yeah I know kinda late trying it out ( just got it this year) Thats what happens when you play one game for over 10 years.

Anywho After over 800 hours of skyrim I wanted to make the game feel fresh again...lol well this site done that in spades !

to the people that run this site well done ! and keep up the good work

I do have one question kinda a etiquette question, Is it ok to message modders to ask about problems if you cant find the problem any where else ?

It's better to ask your question in the thread from the mod. There are many people that will surely want to help you.

Creators don't want too many PMs, unless the subject is too personal ofcourse.
