request Dragon Age: The Veilguard nude mod

Has anyone tried modding it? is there any hope at all?

It really doesn't look like it, like if you look at the Nexus mods page 90% of the "mods" are just character presets, with a bunch of shader changes. Which is annoying because I was hoping for a cyberpunk 2077 like mod where you could mod the body scales to actually do something.

Unlocking slider limits can usually be done with Cheat Engine. I haven't seen it for this game though.

It's either not as easy as usual or simply no one with the knowledge is interested.

Well these are just guesses, we need someone who actually tried modding the game

According to the wiki, the game uses Frostbite again. It's a good engine in terms of performance, but for modding, believe me, because I've already created for DAI, it's crap. I don't have the game, so I can't know if Frosty Mod Editor can even recognize the game's files. The tool hasn't been updated in years

Starfield is an open world Bethesda game. It was always going to have more players. DA is a linear single player game. That said to this day Starfield's steam reviews are still mixed while Veilguard's are stellar so idunno where this collective consensus is to portray it as bad just because a bunch of people who didn't actually play the game got mad over a non-binary Quanri and review bombed the metacritic or whatever lol. We should be listening to the reviews of people who actually played, not trolls. I just went through my first playthrough, and it's the best game they produced since Mass Effect 3, and by all means WAY ahead of the tragedy that was Andromeda. 

 

As for the topic at hand, Bioware games have always been hard to mod, especially now on frostbite. It took Inquisition years to get nude mods, longer for the males.

You can pirate it for research purposes

These type of mods wont be allowed on sites like Nexusmods.
People will want "larger chests" and "beauty mods" mods which will upset alot of people there.

If they're using the same engine as Ye olde DA just forget about it, you need real HORNY fucks to mod that and this game seems more like a sunday sitcom more that a DA game, still GL to anyone trying to mod the game it ain't going to be easy

Hmm? The first DA game had a ton of nude mods and expanded sex mods.

Ya brother, but it wasn't exactly easy to get to that point, you're just looking at what is now in nexus, but back in the day things weren't as easy to mod in

Also, the fact that DA:Origins was, at least to my knowledge, the first of it's kind to have such a level of "adult" themes. Well it was the first at least for the niche that the game filled within the type of game that it is. It was a game that was begging for more adult material but your right, just because it was begging for it doesn't mean that it was easy. Let's not forget how long it took for Skyrim to get to the level that it is today within the realm of "adult" mods you can play with.

Just adding my voice to the chorus, really hoping for slider unlock in the first place. I do not want to play with an A-cup girlie, no thank you. And secondly yea, nudity unlocker. You see boobs in the CC but that's the only place... wth is up with that?

As for the Nexus, if you are looking for mods there, just turn on the filters for "exclude character preset and reshade". There's like <10 mods there atm with that filter. And some of those are save files -.-'

What in the world are you even talking about? Nexus is chock full of adult/xxx/nudity mods for TONS of games....you literally just select the option to allow your nexus account to see/view xxx/adult content..... witcher 3 is literally like half nudity mods and added xxx scenes...

its just the default bioware body meshes...... which look like a man....these are pre-baked into the game...

There are games that have a certain audience that is the one that loves screeching at modders, Veilguard seems to be their kinda game, those kinda mods get the bot fast while permitted in a lot of other games, Nexus moderation is fucked beyond belief

Yeah that site is going increasingly off the rails, unfortunately.

 

I don't really try to keep up with all the drama bullshit, so some of it's still new to me, but like I just found out about the whole Judy romanceable in CP2077 clusterfuck that apparently went down in the last few months.

 

Nexus is turning into a clown show.

 

But more to the point on the topic at hand: I do hope DA:V gets some good mods, but I remember how much of a pain people had with Inquisition on Frostbite 😕

A whole lot of texture editing mods popped up on Nexus simply by having an early WIP Frosty for the game, yay!
