SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim

For female PC I think that is OK, it's been always like that.

 

The race check occurs when the sos actor spell is given to an actor.

On each zone change, that spell is removed and readded to player

This is the source code that explains this behaviour:

; always make sure the player has the actor spell himself, for unknown reasons the effect stopped working for some users, and removing an adding it again fixed it
PlayerRef.RemoveSpell(SOS_ActorSpell)
...
PlayerRef.AddSpell(SOS_ActorSpell, false)

Who knows what weird issue could be fixing this workaround

Ugh, this won't be as easy as it seemed. That's why I needed to do more tests lol.

Maybe you did the clean save right after entering breezehome?

 

Please try the attachment. Doesn't require a new clean save. Uninstall the previous patch and install this one.

Change location again, save & load, check if schlongification message.

 

"leftover script on [Actor < (xxx)>]" traces should stop at some point. Enter some store/tavern and check how it goes.

Since the latest beta you have released I had found no bug or problem but today I found this:

 

 

 

 

To check the problem  I reloaded SOS after uninstall and make a clean save without SOS the installed again loaded the saved game  and tried out from the save to check other NPC and none had the problem went down to this guy again that is the priest on the Talos Temple over Windhelm and the problem was still there, the guy had undies instead of his schlong and this was the only NPC until now that I have found with this problem, he his not Moded or anything... Just in case here is my load order...

Man stop doing clean saves. You are screwing up your savegame. There were 87 things to do for fixing that guy before a clean save.

Now you have the "None spell" bug... expect more underwear than just that guy.

Wait for the next update.

Here it looks like SOS is checking 417 NPCs you encountered, in just 1 second. It would take like 12 seconds if that list would a papyrus Formlist instead of a StorageUtil thingy.

For the mannequin thing - look into your Data\Scripts. If you have MannequinActivatorSCRIPT.pex in there, try to move it somewhere and look at your log. Don't make saves until you find out that it actually helped.

I think I speak for all of us when I thank you greatly for keeping this mod updated.

 

But I've ran into an odd problem here. After I deinstalled all SOS releated mods

I wanted to install the new version with NMM. But I keep getting the following error

message:

A problem occured during install:

BOSS_API_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: "SOS - Smurf Average Addon.esp" 

cannot be found!

The mod was not installed.

 

I downloaded the .zip twice, so I doubt it was a bad download. Is there a way to easily

fix this? 

I deleted all data with 'SOS...' in their filename in my data direction. I thought I was supposed

to. And now I cannot install a new version because other data is missing? >.>

I've run into an issue lately where the bodies of NPCs I kill are sporting a blacked-out, textureless version of what looks like the vanilla loincloth if I take their armor:

It only seems to affect vanilla armors.  Immersive Armors NPCs get properly schlongified.  I tried running the SoS Debug spell:

I'm not exactly upset at not being able to ogle corpses, but the texture glitch is pretty immersion-breaking.

The only mod that really touches NPC outfits is Sleep Tight, and I tried uninstalling it and starting a new game, but ran into the same issue.  I've tried moving SoS to the end of my load order, reinstalling, restarting, etc., but nothing is working.  I used to get this glitch occasionally on older versions of SoS, but not very often.  Now it seems to have spread.  If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

I'm having a pera-undies bug, but I did read the OP, so here are the details:

 

I started a new character last night, and when I had him bang a tavern wench his underwear didn't come off.  The PC is a vanilla imperial, and I have the vecotrplexus muscular schlong addon.  NPCs have schlongs, my PC does not.  I had been using vers. 2.03.015, so I came here and downloaded the new version, thinking it would help.  I used NMM to uninstall (but not delete) the old version, then installed the new version (I did not do anything in between).  My PC still has no Schlong, and NPCs still do have them.

Skyrim wouldn't let me take a screen shot of the the SOS debug, so I copied it down by hand and I'm putting it in the spoiler below:

EDIT: Scholgs of Skyrim.esp is second-to-last in my load order, followed by SOS - VectorPlexus Muscular Addon.esp

 

Please help me.  I've thought about uninstalling SOS completely then re-installing, but for all I know that might make it worse.

But I've ran into an odd problem here. After I deinstalled all SOS releated mods

I wanted to install the new version with NMM. But I keep getting the following error

message:

A problem occured during install:

BOSS_API_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: "SOS - Smurf Average Addon.esp" 

cannot be found!

The mod was not installed.

 

I downloaded the .zip twice, so I doubt it was a bad download. Is there a way to easily

fix this? 

I deleted all data with 'SOS...' in their filename in my data direction. I thought I was supposed

to. And now I cannot install a new version because other data is missing? >.>

Please help

I've run into an issue lately where the bodies of NPCs I kill are sporting a blacked-out, textureless version of what looks like the vanilla loincloth if I take their armor:

It only seems to affect vanilla armors.  Immersive Armors NPCs get properly schlongified.  I tried running the SoS Debug spell:

I'm not exactly upset at not being able to ogle corpses, but the texture glitch is pretty immersion-breaking.

You have 2.03.015 installed, there is no doubt. It seems like you installed the newest version and said "no" to overwrite.

Uninstall both versions, install 2.04.007

As you started it yesterday, I'd make a new game if I were you. Starting a new game with the old version installed probably baked the "new game" bug in your savegame.

Working on 2.04.008

 

It fixes more underwear issues that might happen under weird circumstances, as after doing clean saves not using the MCM options, or changing race or gender.

That's weird, it equips the schlong only if it's enabled in MCM. I guess the script is failing at this. Even if it is disabled, how is the % setting? Try to move it to zero if it's not there.

 

Do you use any werewolf mod?

 

SOS provides a werewolf skeleton that should prevent any CTD, please check Meshes\Actors\werewolfbeast\character assets\skeleton.nif

 

I'll also add an additional check for skeleton compatibility in the script (EDIT: Mmm no I think that's not possible). Thanks for reporting the issue
