Figured it out. I had started the newly installed game with your mod first, instead of letting the game load on its own (apparently some files have to be created on initial launch). Then I exited the game and installed your mods. Aloy is as nude as she should be. Like all the others say, amazing work, bro! Just like Ms. Croft.

I find that the game freezes when I Alt + Tab out of it and come back to play (I have to force close it and start over). Could that be a side effect of the revised "streaming_graph.core" file?

Don't think so, my game at least works completely the same with and without mods and I don't have any freezes. My game is installed on NVMe SSD though.

Is it possible to remove the paint from the ones that have it? The armor skimpy Pack would have my favourite variation if the blue paint was removable.

I have a theory that textures could be installed and swapped as addons, separate from main models mod, but I need to research and test it more.

id-daemon used some black magic for his "Aloy face customizer" mod - by creating custom program that is modifying aloy face vertex by vertex without any 3d editor.

Wow okay  well, thanks for looking into it regardless. We will then have to wait for some mod manager, as you say. Hopefully then we can have more than one mod that modifies the same file.

Unfortunately I think by then I will have completed the game

I'm also interested in if this variant is possible, your work HC is awesome, I usually try to use mods that "fit" into the game and also give variation, but if it's not possible that's OK, you are doing amazing work.

I had that issue, turned out that my game went back to exclusive fullscreen. Try normal fullscreen (aka borderless window)

As soon as I saw this work I decided that I will have to buy HFB soon. I have HZD on Steam, and if you ever release this mod for the remaster, I will buy it and it will be a great reason to continue playing. You do great work, you have the most wonderful approach to sharing your work and I would still gladly support you. After such hot protagonists as Lara and Aloy I hope you will be interested in Ciri in The Witcher 4.

That's a shame. I am ecstatic to see such progress and would also love to eventually see a larger-breast version in the future. Somewhere between grapefruit size and cantalope. Honeydew melon might be a bit large but still acceptable but watermelons are right out. Granted if we had the same breast physics that you see in skyrim nowadays, some watermelon sized sweater stretchers with physics would be hilarious to see given how much parkour Aloy does.

This is awesome.  I've been putting off playing Forbidden West until a decent nude mod was released.  May I suggest inserted sex toys like the nude mod for Zero Dawn?

Who said so? My mod already uses custom body model, so I can give it any shape.

New body shapes are at the end of the list for me right now. Fully nude version and more outfits is main priority.

 

What we really can't change now - is to replace skeleton to add jiggle physics and increase texture resolution (in a simple way at least) - both is kinda detrimental to quality of bigger breasts curvy model, that's why I'm not quite enthusiastic of creating it right now with current level of tools.

Great release, can't wait for the full body updates! Also not sure if it's the lighting, but her abs feel a little too flat compared to her default look (which were nerfed from HZD!):

If I figure out how to install bodypaint separately from main mod - there will be several various bodypaint options.

There is only a few outfits that reveal Aloy abs inf HFW, "Carja Blazon" in your picture is indeed looks like have more defined abs than other oufits. "Carja Blazon" I think is inherited from previous HZD game, so maybe it uses sligltly different body mesh or textures - will look into that.

There is another outfit very similar to "Tenakth Recon" (affected in my mod) - and it has very simular bodypaint and no cape, it's called "Tenakth Dragoon".  See below:

So I'm not gonna change "Tenakth Recon" - but I'll add modified version of "Tenakth Dragoon" some time in the future instead - It'll have very simular look and bodypaint, but no cape.

Correct, right now she is "barbie doll" underneath the loincloth, but I'm working on adding back missing details and increasing overall body model polycount for the next release of the mod.
